Excellent, can't help the rain
Pros:

Loved the room, the location, and the clean hotel

Cons:

The entrance can easily be blocked by 2 cars checking in and the parking lot floods in heavy rain. Need a second access to road.

Beautiful view of Lake Michigan!

Breakfast was good. Lots of variety and fresh. Good coffee.

Overall great experience, hopefully we’ll stay there again.

The staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Doors to the room and the bathroom were not in great shape. Bathroom door latch stuck in, had to pull it out.

Overall a pleasant stay, but I expected something better for the price.

Cons:

Limited breakfast selection—the same thing every other day; the meal was quite basic (pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage), with nothing to make the hotel stand out from others in this regard. The location was average; while there was a lake view, you needed a car to get there. There were no open restaurants nearby. A tiny pool with no extra features, not even for children. Cobwebs in the windows and the balcony isn't clean and nice

Hot tub was nice, breakfast was decent

Cons:

Poor customer service, no restaurant next door due to fire and no notice of that, no trolley to the beach and no notice

I love my Lakeview room!
Pros:

It was up-to-date and very comfortable

Cons:

The only thing I could say that my room needed was a daily mopping of the tiles. I don't know why but the tiles just retained dirt and it's yuck.
