Pros:

I am not sure the name of the person who was on staff that made the difference in my stay, but he seemed like management.

He offered to help me refrigerate some food I had for a church event, if it didn’t fit in my room (which it did) but just offering was so kind.

Second, the pool said closed for Maint and so I went to the front desk to check with him (because the pool was the only reason I chose that hotel ) and he said oh yes it’s open it just got finished. So he took the signs down and opened it for us, and me and the boys had a lovely afternoon. His kindness made the stay. And I’m so grateful.

The bed was very comfortable, staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good!!
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious!!! The staff was very accommodating. A good variety of food! Great coffee!

Cons:

The only issue we had was the noise from the floor above us and an occasional slamming door, which I realize can’t be avoided.

Front desk was amazing! I made a mistake booking my room and they bumped my room up with no problems and I was so grateful!

Cons:

Everything was absolutely amazing and the staff was beyond kind. All the other neighbors around our room or quiet and considerate I have no complaints
