Not the best for the price
Pros:

Shuttle service to and from airport

Cons:

Small bathroom, bad customer service, elevator not working had to carry 3 suitcases up the stairs to the 4th floor. Room had AC on in winter. Hard to get early check in.

Our stay experience.
Pros:

The room was well equipped for the three of us, with enough room to move around without tripping over each other. It was clean and we were quite comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good, with good selection as well

Cons:

The common areas, hallways, etc. some of the carpeting was loose and needs to be fixed, it is a tripping hazard.

Chooo choo Train
Pros:

Stayed there with my family the day before we fly back home. I chose this hotel because it is cloee to the airport, free breakfast and complimentary shuttle drop off to airport. It is only few min away from the outlet so we had a good last day at Edmonton.

The room is standard size, it has everything we need for a short stay. The pool is nice with slide and hot sauna is available. Biggest turn off is the train horn at 2am or so.

Hotel provided ear plugs and we knew it is not a good sign. We didnt use the ear plug as we can usually tolerate some noise during our sleep. However, the train didnt only pass by close to the hotel but it horned loud as well. Wife and I both got woke up, luckily our child did not. It is not really the hotel's fault but the location.

Great hotel for those with chemical sensitivities!

This Holiday Inn has been just lovely. Checking in was like being greeted by family. They knew my name already and knew that I had special room considerations with my allergies and they were constantly checking on me to make sure I was well taken care of. Very nice breakfast every morning and I would recommend this hotel for anyone with chemical sensitivities. Special shout out to Maria and Preet! Thank you ladies for your care and consideration. Oh, also appreciated airport shuttle. Couldn't find the courtesy phone but just called the hotel directly.

Our stay was quiet, and the only thing was the train making noise during the night and waking you up
Pros:

everythiing, no complaint

Cons:

It would of been great if there was a bath tub. There was a black bug on the bath room floor, I am assuming it came from outside as we were on the main floor.
