A lot of difficulty finding the place.
Pros:

Breakfast was better than expected.

Cons:

Our toilet clogged enough to call for help from the desk. A second time it clogged though the toilet had fairly liquid contents. A second and third flushing cleaned it out.

We loved it and were very happy we chose Holiday Inn Express.
Pros:

Very nice and clean. The gardens were well cared for and the exterior looked like a great place to stay. Also, the free breakfast in the morning was delicious and exceeded our expectations.

Great location for our needs and staff were exceptional!
Pros:

Staff was exceptional… kind, helpful and curious!
Included breakfast was a bonus.
Location was perfect as we caught the GoTrain to attend a concert downtown.

Cons:

Not sure there was anything we didn’t like… weren’t even there 24 hours.
