Not worth the e price. No one is willing to work with you if you accidentally double book, and I’ve stayed in better roo

It was very clean

Cons:

We had a huge room with a small chair and the queen size bed seemed so small. So much space for no reason. There was only Dove toiletries and were very scented so I couldn’t use them. There was a push style sink that flowed for maybe 10 seconds and you had to keep pushing it to keep the water going. No temperature control on the water in the bathroom either. The TV had basic channels and no working guide. The heater/AC in the room was so loud.
All of this and I ended up paying twice as much because no one would help me when I made a mistake and double booked for the same night. I had been trying to fix this problem for 5 days before my stay, and when I talked to the front desk to check in and mentioned I was double booked they said there was a 24 hour cancellation policy. The manager at this location was extremely rude to me. I will never stay at this location again.

Pros:

Excellent choice for families!!
Pros:

Great breakfast, spacious room, pool was fun and refreshing. Good location close to the mall and more.

Cons:

Metal rods sticking out of the bed frame ripped my husband's jeans. No towels left at the pool. Not enough coffee cups in room, so we had to get some from breakfast bar downstairs. Would be nice to have phone casting for the TV.

Wonderful facility, staff and experience.
Pros:

Location was ideal for a number of appointments I had. Staff was great. Nice facility and breakfast.

Will not go back.

Breakfast was decent, beds were comfortable. AC worked well.

Cons:

I didn't like being accused of fault when our reservation was cancelled due to a credit card issue and we weren't contacted. I did end up paying with said credit card. The phone number on file was apparently incorrect, and they claimed there was no email. Well how did you get my phone number from the booking but not an email? We showed up at 10pm with 3 kids and instead of trying to be helpful, we were met with a complete lack of sympathy for a system error. This was the ONLY hotel out of the 10 we stayed at on our trip that we got no confirmation emails from and the only one with a credit card issue that I had used for all 10 hotels.
The evening staff had a hard time supplying the pool with towels. Someone pulled the fire alarm at 2am and we were all evacuated. I had to pay extra for a cot(when our suite was no longer available.) We were on the main floor and during check out time the main hallway was a minefield of cleaning carts. The office doors were also left open and there were huge piles of paperwork everywhere! Clearly not a very organized hotel. Would not recommend!

Great value, excellent location
Pros:

breakfast is really good! There's a mall and a Safeway 5min away

Cons:

The dinning space is limited and doesn't have enough tables to accommodate all the guests. It was stampede week, so the hotel was full.
