My room was clean.
The T.V. remote didn’t work properly. The gentleman at the front desk replaced the batteries right away. After, the remote control worked perfectly. Also, the heat would not stay on in the room. It would come on for a very short while and then turn off. The gentleman in the maintenance department fixed it so that if I want the heat to remain on I can. Now, I think I am coming down with a cold. The maintenance department starts work at 9:00 A.M. in the morning.
The concierge team was friendly and warm. Rooms were clean and nice-looking. Small restaurant connected to the lobby, which is convenient. Snacks available for purchase in the lobby. Check out time was noon which gave plenty of time to sleep in.

Very very friendly and helpful people all the way around. Breakfast was awesome all you can eat. They were happy to provide fried eggs instead of the scrambled eggs which was part of the buffet. Sarah and Zonar(the cook) were super helpful and friendly
Our shower floor was flush with the bathroom floor. It took a long long time for hot water to arrive at the shower head. The bathroom floor got flooded so my boyfriend didn't take a shower for fear the water would continue flooding out to the exit door. It wouldn't be safe to use a hair dryer standing in water.
The rooms were nice. Nice bar and restaurant off the lobby.

When we arrived to our room the toilet was not working but was repaired immediately. Also, fan for the heat ran and didn’t stop and it was quite noisey.

Um anytime my boyfriend and I come the staff gives us stares up and down not exactly sure it made both of us very uncomfortable Hr needs to work on the staff more how to treat customers properly I feel like we are in 2025 nobody should be disrespectful toward different backgrounds and different cultures i spoke to the management they deny it all they said we not racist I guess they need to be taught that my boyfriend and I we were there we saw the looks and their attitude i don't know what else to call it all I can say is good luck to the company and they need to change their behavior towards customers. Or they won't last long .
