Pros:

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, they gave us lots of information about york and how to get to the center via transport,we could not get the telly going the staff we so helpfull by the time we got back from our day out the telly was working .would definitely recommend staying here

Clean, convenient and super helpful staff - unbeatable on price and free parking
Pros:

Very clean and bed comfortable. Room facilties was fine for one nights stay.

Cons:

Water dripping through ceiling when it rained.
Breakfast was very average
Heating in room was off on arrival. But then I realised I had to turn on it on manually.

Fantastic location for York .
Pros:

Ease of parking. Next door to the Toby Cavery if you were hungry. Three minutes away from the Park & Ride for York Town centre. The price was very reasonable with breakfast included. Quiet location.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly from the moment you walked in, even recommended things we could do why we were there

Pros:

The place is tidy and clean, and the staff are nice and helpful. The prices are reasonable for the services provided.

Cons:

It is hardly accessible by public transport. There are no windows that can be opened in the room, making it difficult to get fresh air.

Welcoming hotel, breakfast and room service excellent
Pros:

The property was nice, warm and welcoming. Staff very helpful and friendly, great choice on the free breakfast. Location is great.
Cleanliness of room was good but please read comments below.

Cons:

For us the bathroom let it down. Sealant round toilet missing and looked grubby, wet room floor had visible mould and smell.
