Overall good stay.
Pros:

I like how clean and updated everything was!

Cons:

My only complaint I have is the air conditioner wouldn’t stay on and would “kick on” when it thought it needed to so multiple time through out the night it would get uncomfortably warm in the room.

it was ok, no very bad stains and no bed bugs
Pros:

the pool and free coffee/ hot chocolate was pretty decent

Cons:

Because i booked through booking.com i had to pay an additional 100$ fee in case of accidents and the bed was very uncomfortable, and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well

Pros:

The breakfast was perfect! Everything was hot and ready in the morning. The pool temp was perfect for our littles to play and they had the best time. The ladies at the front desk were so kind to us and our toddler and even let her pick a toy out of a treasure chest they had. They had an actual crib and rolled it to our room for us. We stayed at a different hotel in the past that the "crib" was just a pack and play so having an actual crib was wonderful. The hotel is right next to restaurants and Walmart so it was very convenient. They also had board games in the common area that people could check out and play down there. We didn't have time to do that but I like that it's available for family fun time. We have friends in this area that we were visiting, so we will definitely stay here again when we visit them.

Pros:

It was so so not alot of variety but I made it work

Cons:

I booked a room for 1 adult and 2 children which where my grandchildren that may or may not stay with me cause they live locally there but I mainly did it so they could swim so when I arrived to check in was told that since they "may" stay with that may not be ok because of the way i worded it and I may have to speak with a manager the next day, I dont know just kinda thought since I booked the room with 2 children shouldn't of mattered

Definitely will return again
Pros:

Kristin at the front desk was always so welcoming and extremely helpful. When asked, she was always right there to accommodate. The location was awesome, close to shopping and restaurants. Lexington is only a 15 minute drive, but there was plenty to do around the hotel. Everything was clean.

Cons:

The king bed in our room was very firm, to me was uncomfortable, but that's just a preference thing. The elevator was pretty slow and small. Those could be due for an upgrade. Other than that, it was a perfect spot and price.

Very clean and comfortable! I ask for a crib for my son and it was already in the room when I arrived. I loved the fact that it was an actual crib and not a cloth pack and play.

How friendly the staff was and how accommodating they was to all the guest. A lot of us was there for football tournaments and they made sure to take care of everybody quick and without a problem.

Pros:

Large TV, comfortable bed, updated, modern, nice breakfast was included, quiet. Staff was super nice and friendly. Good size fridge with freezer.

Cons:

Bathroom sink faucet water splashes up on you when the water hits the sink bottom.
Dove lotion smells bad. Smells rancid.
Couch needed some back pillows.
