Pros:

Great convenient. 15 minutes from Fox Valley indoor mall. 20 minutes from Premium Outlet (outdoor) mall. Nice restaurants, some within walking distance. Staff is friendly and they go above and beyond for guests. Hotel is clean throughout. Soft fluffy towels in the bathrooms and workout room.

Disappointed on breakfast. Mainly no orange juice . Had no maid service. Had to go to front desk for clean towels. They were very nice about getting them. No restaurant brochures for restaurants. None within walking distance.

Everything was nice. The only complaint was a need to upgrade the tub and shower but otherwise it was a spectacular stay. It was very clean and safe. Staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Close to many things where you can walk. Wonderful stay!!!

Pros:

It was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. There is no housekeeping and when we first got there the toilet was stopped up and the guy at the front desk said i can bring you a plunger but you'll have to fix it yourself...really. This place is an absolute dump I wouldn't stay there again even if they paid me!

Great hotel in Oswego.
Pros:

The room was large, with a sitting area, a kitchenette, and bathroom. We were very happy with the room. The breakfast was delicious with many hot and cold options. We would stay again.

Uncomfortable, unclean, and not worth the money
Pros:

Breakfast made me and my boyfriend sick to our stomachs both days. Room smelled like dirty socks the whole stay. Bed was harder than a rock. Definitely unhappy with our stay and will not be coming back to this hotel.

Benjamin from the front desk was absolutely the best!! He was helpful, considerate, kind, always had a smile on his face and never once acted as if we were an inconvenience! The house keeping ladies were kind and friendly and always smiled!! This is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, hands down! The guy making that was doing the breakfast was busy and always making sure there was enough food and kept the area top notch clean! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back!!
