Just not great not going back

Cons:

The hot tub and pool for the kids was not available for my family hot tub doesn’t work not clean food poor and roaches int the so called breakfast was located in the stem well too not cool

The room was clean. The TV cable was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was ok.

Decent but not great.
Pros:

Overall the location was fine. The room was a good size.

Cons:

The room was not clean. There were spots and stains on the bed and furniture. There were also spots on the window curtains. The screen on the window was also broken. I managed to fix it myself. The Hotel didn't even try once I reported it. The bathroom was not clean and there was some drywall damage on the door frame. The breakfast is only served on the weekends and not the weekdays. This was not made clear when booking the room.

The worst place to stay, I would highly avoid if possible
Pros:

The worst experience in cleanliness. There was huge stains on the mattress, a cup with somebody's gum on the side of the mattress, I used spoon in the bathroom. And when we changed rooms because of the lack of cleanliness, the second room had feces all over the wall in the bathroom

Cons:

The staff was unwilling to give us a third room or help us clean the mess. We were also told that we would not get a refund on the room
