Desk clerks were nice

Cons:

The room was was dirty, extremely hot water cold water was was balanced it was never fixed after asking to have room cleaned it still was not cleaned. Mattress was dirty and stained.

The staff said they would refund me for the stay as we agreed to cancel reservation due to there being dry blood on the sheets and towels. This was not sanitary.

hotel dud not honor reservation

bad experience all around, since we ended up paying twice for a room, was not worth it.

Cons:

The hotel did not honor my reservation even though I provided the confirmation number. we had no other option at the time so we had to book another room directly through the hotel, paying again. So we paid twice, once through booking and once through the hotel. It wad not worth 170.00, we could have stayed at a nicer place. Very dissatisfied, waste of money, and Booking did not refund.

Decent for 1 night
Cons:

I rented a king suite with sofa but the first room I was given was a double bed. I went back to the desk and told them and was given a different room. The second room was not the suite but I was tired from the trip and didn't feel like going back down again to the desk. The breakfast was not good. There was cold sausage, waterdown juice, and stale cereal.
