Location worked perfectly, hotel was very clean and tidy, staff were great, the stay was great value and exactly matched our requirements
Clean, parking, comfort and a decent breakfast. Also 24hr check in was great, we were late arriving and we did a virtual checkin so we weren’t marked as no shows for the next shift. Nothing was too much trouble

Location was great for traveling through. Easy to access, plenty of parking space.
Really small room for 4 people. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Sofa bed was literally bent, we had to put stuff under pillows to even it at least a bit. Mattress on double bed was probably good 20 yrs ago...
Location was ok but if warm weather and windows open the M6 traffic noise is quite invasive. Free on site parking, Macdonalds & pub across car park.

I was assigned a twin bed even though I booked a standard double room and selected a double bed & paid £106 vs £99 advertised for twin bed .
On check in I flagged with Tomasz and he advised that this was the last room available and if I did not like it I could leave .
Taken aback by such comment at 2am .. I de escalated by concern then asked for the bed to be put together to which he advised I could do it my self as there were no house keepers .
At this point I decided to ignore and retreat back .
