Pros:

It was beautiful & very picturesque.

Cons:

Just a few hiccups on the way. A light fixture was broke & glass pieces were in the toilet.

Wonderful elegant property and great location to see the sites and eat wonderful food. Staff was very kind and helpful.
Pros:

Absolutely amazing extravagant experience. Tea was very pricey but fun experience. Very comfortable.

It's a beautiful hotel, walking distance to just about everything you would want to experiencel
Pros:

The Concierge staff was extremely helpful with booking restaurants, informing us about transportation options and directions in general.

Cons:

There was no chest of drawers in the bedroom even though there was ample space for one. Consequently, we had to leave some of our clothes in our suitcases.

A fabulous experience.
Pros:

The staff is exceptional. Very welcoming, friendly, helpful, warm and fun! Location is fabulous. The grounds are gorgeous and really well maintained. The whole thing is iconic and reminiscent of a different time. Just beautiful.

Cons:

The food was disappointing. For such a high end facility, the meal options were limited and uninspired. The staff, however, made eating there worth it. Exceptional to a person.

We were treated with care and respect from check in to check out. You can have a clean and comfortable room in many places, but the staff was helpful, caring, informative and went above and beyond. Thank you for the great stay.

Wonderful hotel experience!
Pros:

The location was good and the hotel service was great! We really appreciated being able to check in early. It made our stay much more convenient.

Cons:

The hotel provided complimentary coffee in the morning, which was a nice touch. It would have been even better if honey had been available as an alternative to sugar.
