Pros:

Los productos del baño, bien decorado y el edificio es bonito muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

Hacia mucho frío en la habitación y no tiene calefacción, se filtra el aire frío por la ventana del baño, no rellenan el agua y se llevaron la jarra.

Fantastyczny hotel
Pros:

Jeszcze chyba nigdy nie spałam w tak wygodnym łóżku. Personel cudowny. Bardzo smaczne, urozmaicone śniadanie. Hotel bardzo komfortowy. Dostępny garaż podziemny. Hotel w centrum zabytkowej części miasta. Spędziliśmy tom bardzo miło czas.

An Exceptional Stay at the Fairmont Empress
Pros:

Linens on the bed were wonderful. Food on the Gold floor was excellent, with plenty of selection. Staff all very helpful. Spa treatment was spectacular. Location of the hotel is ideal. View of the inner harbour was amazing.

Cons:

The gym temperature was too hot, and the facilities were a little cramped. Parking was underground and convenient, but the cost was higher than expected for self park at $37/day. There were too few non alcoholic choices for beverages on the Gold Floor.
