The service is the best
Perfect beds, so comfortable.
The location is perfect for flying obviously! The room I booked was spacious and had all of the amenities you could need.
My particular room seems to need to have the mattress replaced. I couldn’t believe how uncomfortable the bed was, as I was in a major indent/divot. I also noticed the smell of jet fuel, as the location of the room is next to several gates. I would have asked to switch, but travelling alone with a 7 month old, I couldn’t bring myself to repack everything. Finally, room service -I wouldn’t recommend. I ordered it twice as I was with my infant and I couldn’t leave (as she was sleeping). The value is not there, for example, my humble breakfast of one sausage, omelette (made with powdered egg mix), “sourdough” toast, one small roasted tomato, some roasted potatoes, and berries cost $57. Compared to other Fairmont locations, this felt like an off-brand version.
Everything perfect, especially the location inside the airport, the quality of the rooms, the very well equipped gym and the very flexible check in and out times

Location and cleanliness
We ordered burgers for room service and they weren’t as juicy and delicious as we though they would be for the price. Fries were stale and bun was hard and meat dry.
The location was so convenient. Clean, which is my main concern when travelling and it was excellent! Very comfortable room and friendly staff.
Airport Location and great view of the runways. The room was huge, very modern, and quite beautiful. The staff were all fantastic from the front desk to the bellmen.
More food choices on the menu.

Nothing
Such a beautiful hotel in an unusual location! Our room overlooked the airport and planes, but was remarkably quiet due to soundproof glass. The room was comfortable and well appointed. There was a pool (great for kids) and the restaurant had good food and good service. It was low stress to stay overnight at the airport versus getting up at three in the morning and/or having to deal with ferries on a big day of travel.
The light in our bathroom spontaneously turned on twice in the night. We reported it to the desk on checkout and they planned to follow up.
