Wonderful, so convenient and great food
Pros:

Everything! It was in the airport, easy to access. Great food available at the restaurant for both breakfast and evening meals with gluten-free options. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Location was exactly what I needed for ease of travel the next day. Every single interaction with staff was excellent. From the people at the bell desk, to the people at check in and check out and each person we encountered during our stay. Everyone did their job beautifully and attended to all my requests professionally.

Cons:

Fan in the tiolet was not working. Showers were not available on pool deck to comply with rule number 2 of pool use.

Great location right in the YVR Cross Border (CAN-USA) terminal and the skytrain to downtown Vancouver
Pros:

Hotel is right in the terminal at the cross border terminal (CAN-USA flights), with a short 2 min walk to the train line to downtown Vancouver. Rooms were huge. A bath, shower and separate toilet. Great views over the airport and runway for aviation buffs. Rooms were quiet. Beds were very comfortable.

No much. All good.

Pros:

La ubicación ,la comodidad de la cama y almohadas y la suavidad de las sábanas la comida estaba rica y la trajeron rapidísimo y la amplitud de la habitación y el baño.

I love my stay! It really catered to what I need!
Pros:

I love the Jade suit room! It was quite huge for the entire bridal party for the “getting ready” picture taking. The complementary butter cookies are so good and there’s some Nescafé coffee complementary as well.

Cons:

Parking is expensive and limited.

Gorgeous hotel in a very helpful location
Pros:

The room was absolutely incredibly. Very comfy beds, spacious and a gorgeous bathroom complete with Le Labo toiletries. The view onto all the planes was fun and the room was genuinely soundproofed. We had a amazing meal in the restaurant in the evening too. And honestly, waking up for an early flight and just heading downstairs to check in, was so nice.
