Can't think of anything I didn't like
the location---you drop out of the terminal directly into the hotel. I've stayed here before and the rooms are beautiful.
there was some racket in the room from the electrical switch or heating/air conditioning unit that kept me up all night.

we left early. no breakfast
It was an overnight stay between the connection flights ( 10 hours) and we didn't have to leave the airport
It was hard to find the hotel @10 p.m. ( it would be great to have a direction from international flights and on the 3rd level when you come from elevators)

The service staff. Very welcoming and helpful. Room felt cozy and beds - super comfortable. Room service food - efficient and fresh. It's Fairmont..its always awesome.
Over priced mini bar but that didn't stop me from indulging after a longhaul flight.
