Great place to stay in Mont-tramblant village
Pros:

It has best location. You come out of the hotel and everything is in front of you and no walk required to access the center of the village. It's luxurious with very friendly staff. Overall our stay was amazing. Kids lived it. It had its own swimming pool, movie theater, room for games like table tennis etc. 5 stars for this hotel.

Cons:

Only thing which was surprising that we couldn't find parking on site and we had to use valet parking that costed us additional $56.

The staff was top notch.
I loved the 12 pm check out and that we could leave our vehicles parked even after we checked out.
Loved the flavoured water.
The beds were super comfortable.

Pros:

- Newly renovated rooms are beautiful
- The location is perfect as it is close to the majority of activities
- Beautiful hotel vibe
- Staff are very nice

Cons:

- Pool is dirty
- Dust in some areas of the room
- Pool staff don't know how to welcome guest for the first time, it seems they have not been trained
- Chocolatine at the breakfast restaurant was heated so many times that it even lost the texture of puff pastry.
- I did not like to have no access to my car and complications with the parking because of Valet service...
