Tremblant is a breathtaking destination; the Fairmont Gold Floor makes it worth revisiting. Ski in/ski out, valet ski service, 5 star dining, cool outdoor après (think outdoor spa with mountain views and cozy pit fires with a Veuve champagne bar) and well appointed rooms (fridge, Nespresso, tea service) complete the experience. I know I should mention the impeccable appearance of the property and rooms, but what truly makes the Fairmont special, particularly the Gold Floor, is its staff. Professional, attentive, warm and kind, it’s a high end hotel experience with an attention to detail that most resorts lack. Mickael and his staff curate an elevated personal experience every visit.
The outside pools with the mountains view and the excellent costumer service! Rooms are very comfortable!
They could offer better quality of alcoholic drinks in the outside pools area, that would make a big difference as cocktails weren’t that good.

The ski-in/ski-out experience was disappointing, as access from the slopes was closed early in the afternoon due to a private event, which defeated the main reason we chose this hotel. The front desk experience was also inconsistent and seemed to depend on the individual staff member
Localização excelente, do lando do lift da montanha, dá pra andar pela vila a pé, serviço de aluguel de ski dentro do hotel. Gostei demais do atendimento, funcionários super cordiais, decoração e atividades de natal super bacanas. Quartos aconchegantes com vista linda pra montanha, roupas de cama e banho de muita qualidade.
O custo de alimentação, tanto o café da manhã, quanto os restaurantes, muito caros e pouca opção para crianças. Camas de casal pequenas.

The Hotel reserved and never releaed a considerable amount of money on the business card, despite communication and no basis for keeping the money. The money is still nkt released 3 months after ste stay. Communication is unsuccessful
