Amazing! Best hotel in town
Pros:

Excellent customer service. We were greeted by the nicest man at the front desk. He upgraded our room and gave us free parking. Our view was phenomenal. The room was spacious and very pretty, modern design. The oval window was a super plus.
The bar and restaurant, Bivver, on site is amazing. Best espresso martini I've ever have. The bar tenders were super nice and went above and beyond.

Cons:

Nothing, I loved everything!

It was a little less then average
Pros:

The pool and hot tub the greenery that was there was beautiful

Cons:

The pool and hot tub was down for cleaning
The room to us is out dated the toilet was uneven banged every time you sat on it lighting in rooms were very poor

Location was great for walking access to Signal Hill, Quidi Vidi, The Rooms etc.

I'd stay again.
Pros:

Location was great. Hotel was run well. We did have some problems at check in with requests we had made not being answered, but they fixed the issues for us.

Cons:

Pillows were not amazing (rest of bed was!)

Another super weekend @ the Sheraton St John's.
Pros:

Just checking out after a weekend here to celebrate a friends wedding. The hotel staff were super - I'm a frequent travelling and have lifetime status and as usual they treated me with a nice corner suite and all the usual amenities. Our guests were not however and when we inquired about paying to upgrade their room, the staff very generously did so for no cost and helped with some nice treats in the room to make it special. This type of over the top service is why I always stay here when in St Johns.
The hotel is nicely situated on a hill with great views, has easy access via cab or 5-10 minute walk to all the goodness downtown, a great bar and has been nicely updated over the years.. highlight recommended.

Wonderful time at the Sheraton
Pros:

Wonderful Hotel, excellent staff, great food and drink! The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice! Lots of good food and drink nearby!

Room was spacious, clean and amazing view of the harbor!

The shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure!

Ate several meals at the hotel, all meals were very good.

Good location. The room had a great view and comfortable beds. Also, loved the bathroom amenities. Well equipped gym.
