Would definitely stay at the Sheraton St. John's again.
Pros:

The staff in particular are fantastic at this location. Kind, friendly, accommodating, and very responsive. Any questions were immediately answered and further information was provided (sometimes you don't know the right questions to ask) - staff were knowledgeable and as mentioned, responsive.

Cons:

The two things I didn't like are only because they weren't to my personal taste in that I found the bed too soft and the pillows to flat. I don't think these are items of any concern to any other traveller.

Well situated and comfortable.
Pros:

This hotel is very well situated and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms spacious. There is a pool, hot tub, gym, restaurant and parking on site. The staff are helpful and friendly. Although a mix of people, it seems primarily a business and conference hotel.

Pros:

Excellent facilities on site (pool, gym, changing room + saunas). Parking on site

Very close to downtown St Johns (10-15 min walk).

Great views of the harbour and town

Nice bar and lounge area to relax in

Great staff, location but the hotel needs updating badly.
Pros:

The location and view were great, staff were very helpful and friendly. However the hotel is dated and run down. Faucets were broken and unsecured in both rooms we stayed in, moulding was falling off of the closet doors, the chair in each room were filthy and stained and there is no ventilation in the washrooms so every time we showered the windows would fog up, this also likely explains the musty smell of the room.
