No hot water in the room, and paying almost fifty dollars for parking at the hotel when paying that much for a room at the hotel. Hotel guests should get discounted rate.

Pros:

We arrived in the morning from our cruise and not expecting to check-in we asked if we could leave our bags until check-in. The front desk said they would see if our room was ready, and it was. It made a big difference as we were able to go straight to our room feeling relaxed.
We also had our flight delayed by a day and the front desk staff again went above and beyond to help us and have arranged for additional night accommodation but also helped by sorting out a few other glitches that we had encountered. Highly recommended from front of house to behind all our encounters with staff couldn't have been more helpful and attentive.

The Fairmont Vancouver made our honeymoon unforgettable and very special!

Very unique, beautiful hotel in perfect location!
Amazing rooms, very comfortable bed, delicious food and amazing staff! And the best chocolate cake in the whole world!!
We stayed 1 night on our honeymoon and it was very special and unforgettable , we will definitely come back!

I was extremely impressed and will stay again
Cons:

I didn’t like that there was ongoing protests adjacent to the property which made it difficult to have a quiet work space or even some quiet time for myself this is not the hotels fault

Pros:

Debbie and the Concierge staff make this hotel five stars. They are all so helpful and friendly and make life at the hotel so easy. We've stayed here more than once and will always come back when we are in Vancouver. Can't recommend enough. Thanks again for the wonderful stay. The dogs are an added bonus and it is always wonderful to see them at the front desk 😀
