Location was excellent easy reach to all of Vancouver attractions and the rooms were a good size comfortable and clean
Breakfast is Al a carte but there are so many great cafes within 5 mins walk
Die Lage ist perfekt - Downtown Vancouver! Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Badezimmer sind sauber, nicht besonders modern. So gab es z.B. einen Duschvorhang - dieser war aber sehr schön und sauber und durch eine gebogene Stange klebte nichts am Körper
Die Pagen haben nicht alle Familienmitglieder gleichermaßen behandelt. Aber der Gepäckservice war schon super.

Great location in the heart of Vancouver. Great shopping near by and the afternoon tea was exceptional.
Very nice hotel, with a lot of amenities, loved the quality of service in general. They even picked up our bags to store while we kept exploring the city. Good room service too. Recommended!
We were 4 people, left less towels than what we needed, I asked directly to the cleaner the next day, still didn´t left more, it was until the last day that I left a note and left them, however, she took our ropes and didn´t bring them back and I did needed them for the pool.
We liked the food offerings from staying on the gold floor. It made our staycation even more relaxing when we didn’t have to think about what to eat. The daily food choices were both varied and substantial. Great in room amenities like clothing steamer made for great efficiency.
