Wonderful - a real highlight.
Pros:

Room was big and comfortable and the hotel is the centrepoint of the city. I loved the tours they offered, as well as the passes they gave us for the sled.

Cons:

The pool is nice but not as great as the pictures make it out to be. The parking at the hotel is quite pricey but there are other options nearby.

Um sonho de hospedagem
Pros:

A localização é ótima, perto de tudo. Tem várias opções de restaurantes e um Starbucks dentro do hotel. O prédio é bem decorado, os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos, o quarto é aconchegante, com camas confortáveis, frigobar cheio, máquina de café Nespresso, ótimo banheiro e cofre. Além disso, tem muita história e já valeria por essa razão. Amamos!

Pegamos um pouco de fila no checkin, mas logo resolveram.

Amazing memorable stay
Pros:

It is a beautiful hotel with great historical charm. From the staff at reception, the valet service, the restaurants greeting staff and Marc our waiter for breakfast at Place Dufferin, the bar staff, the pool staff and the cleaning staff (Nadia) all made our stay special and memorable. Their attention to detail and making our anniversary super special are all reasons to return.
