There is a reason that really large hotels don’t work - everything like a production line

Cons:

There were not enough facilities for the size of the hotel and we ate breakfast from the menu rather than buffet and tasted like reheated food from the buffet .

Overall I enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

I really appreciated the bell staff, especially the gentleman at the luggage desk who helped me find my bag. He was patient, kind, and very helpful throughout the process. He let me check the baggage room and later took me down to the lower level, where my bag was finally located. His help made a stressful moment feel much more manageable, and I was very grateful.

Cons:

More places to sit. While waiting for the luggage to get situated there was a lack of places ti feel more relaxed in the lobby.

Gorgeous central location.
Pros:

Great central location with onsite restaurants and bar. Gorgeous building, fantastic staff. Very accommodating. We visited the spa for a massage as well, it was brilliant. Both of us were extremely happy with our treatments.

Cons:

The one thing that bothered us was that we wanted to keep leftovers cool and the fridge was full with minibar items, we couldn't touch a thing or we'd be charged, we called and were told it would cost $35 to refrigerate our leftovers. This just felt wrong when we were paying so much for our room. It was a small thing, but it was disappointing.
