Ma chambre était sensée avoir une vue sur l'eau, mais ce n'était pas le cas, je demande d'ailleur un rembourssement. Aussi j'avais payé pour une chambre avec 2 lits puisque je voyageais avec mes 3 enfants, mais ils m'ont envoyé en premier dans une chambre avec un lit et un sofa, il a fallu que je demande pour qu'on me mettent dans une autre avec 2 lits.

Avec la fatigue liée au voyagement, je n'avais pas besoin de changer de chambre à peine arrivé.
Très bel hôtel de standing. Personnel aux petits soins . Salons et restaurants magnifiques. Une expérience inoubliable à Québec. Emplacement idéal pour la visite du vieux du vieux Québec.
Le bâtiment est magnifique. Le lit était confortable, quoique petit pour un soi-disant queen size...
La chambre est plutôt commune. On attendrait un autre standing d'un tel établissement. Les chambres ne reflètent pas l'extérieur du bâtiment. Certains membres du personnel semblent un peu perdus, ou font part d'une certaine familiarité inattendue.
Aucune navette n'est prévue si vous arrivez de la gare. Et si vous osez demander, on vous répond qu'au prix où vous payez la chambre, vous pouvez bien "mettre 10 pièces dans un taxi"... Incroyable !
Le petit-déjeuner est très correct, mais incroyablement cher pour ce que c'est (CAD50).
En bref, le rapport qualité-prix est terrible. On prend un peu les clients pour des pigeons...

La chambre n’est pas très spacieuse et il y avait tellement d’enfants à la piscine que ça nous a découragé… Il pourrait y avoir des heures réservées sans enfant.
The female staff at the front desk was extremely kind and attentive. We especially appreciated how she interacted with our children with warmth and a sense of humor—it truly made us happy. I have stayed at hotels in many countries, but her hospitality was the very best.
