Ont nous as attribué un prétendus surclassement. La chambre 3102 est tellement petite qu il etait impossible de circuler dans la chambre a deux personnes. Jai eu l impression d avoir passer la nuit dans un luxueux placard pour 700 la nuit

Good location of hotel but not of the room.

Nice location of the hotel.

Cons:

First time I have seen a murphy bed in a long time. Definitely destroyed the cachet and romance that should come with a 'Chateau' hotel.
Room was almost at street level. Delivery trucks each morning. Shouting and rowdy people outside in the afternoon and evening. Also people smoking pot outside the room.
Hallway to get to the room was multiple staircases. Awkward with luggage/shopping.
No "Do not disturb" or "Please make up the room" in the room.
Each day we requested more coffee pods and new towels. - surprised that they were not automatically replaced.
Whne we checked in we were being sold that this was a great room because of the location but it was poor because of it.
Just not what we would expect of a Fairmont Chateau hotel.

Splurge on a gold level room, you won’t regret it!
Pros:

Impressively, stunning grand hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and efficient in ensuring anything we needed was handled quickly. As a gold level guest the perks exceeded all expectations. The gold level lounge on the 14th floor was a comfortable, large retreat with lots of cozy seating options. Food variety & drink options were fabulous, varied & delicious. Staff there went above and beyond to ensure our comfort at every opportunity. Many remembered us each visit, we appreciated their recommendations and personal connect with us. Location of this hotel gave us easy walking access to Quebec’s upper & lower old town areas. We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

Cons:

Lobby seating area was limited and sundries selection in shops was small compared to most hotels.
