Wonderful stay, the hotel was the highlight of our time in Quebec

Rooms were spacious, loved the change rooms and steam room at the pool, beds were very comfortable, great pillows for sleeping, food at the restaurant was great, smelt good in the lobby

An elegant, comfortable, way to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Thank you for the birthday cake.
Pros:

Car parking and ease of taking car out. Locatopm pf room, nice view of river and exterior pf pther wing of hotel. House keeping was excellent. Cheerfulness and helpful ness of staff.

Cons:

I really dislike long surveys.

Location and staff

Cons:

It is clearly not a 5 stars. Small bathroom for a room of 4. Mirror is rusted. Maintenance not done. Welcome in the room is lacking. Where others 4 stars from Accors hotels welcome you with nuts and fresh water, here everything is automatically deduce. Fridge is locked and we cannot put our one drinks in.

I will clearly not return or recommand it. For that price there is more modern and well maintained 5 stars even 4 stars in old quebec.
