Cons:

Extremely busy hotel. Staff at the terrace next to pool unfriendly. We were having a drink at the end of the afternoon (terrace was almost empty) when it started to rain. We ran under one of the little tents and staff literally kicked us out (even after we told them we just wanted to stay a couple of minutes to finish our drink) they told us that we needed to reserve the tent in advance and pay for it or management would get furious with them (!!??). We just needed 15 mins max to finish the drink we had in our hands.
