위치만 좋음

Cons:

히스토리가 있는 호텔임을 감안하더라도 시설이 교체해야할 정도로 낙후되어있음. 욕실 두 개 사용하는 객실 숙박하였으나, 한 쪽은 수전이 작동되지 않아서 결국 한 개 욕실만 사용함, 그 마저도 욕조 물빠짐 안되어서 물이 빠질 떄까지 기다렸다 다시 씻고 를 반복함. 물 빠지지 않은 상태에서 미끄럼 방지 패드 등의 조치가 없어서 미끄러지면서 다리에 크게 멍 들었음. 콘센트 커버가 덜렁덜렁 빠져서 당황함, 컴플리먼트 물 500ml 짜리 달랑 2개. 하우스키핑 오후7시에도 안되어서 마실 물도 없고 수건도 없고 컨시어지에 이야기 해서 저녁식사하러 간 시간에 겨우 했음. 생각나는 것만 이 정도.

Classic Traditional Luxury
Pros:

Location was very good for the purpose of my trip, although I recognize being in front of Union Station is not the most appealing location. The room was of good size, but I'd not say it was big. Robs in the room was a fantastic touch of feeling pampered as it did the various toiletries available. Staff was really kind, particularly the lady that checked us in.

Cons:

The closet was quite small, it resembles closet size of old apartments in NY. There was not much privacy in the bathroom as the way the door was designed, it prevents the door from fully closing.

Slechte personeel bij inchecken en ook bij het uitchecken. Onterecht barkosten in rekening gebracht. Jacuzzi was stuk.

駅に近くロケーションは最高

Cons:

予約時に高額だったが当日の値段が半額以下になっていた。半額でこのレベルなら満足だが、高額だったためそこまでの価値は無いと感じた。そもそも他のフェアモントグループのホテル程ではないように思われた。

5 star? Terrible thermostat and late checkout was not respected
Pros:

Location full restaurants, very nice overall facilities

Cons:

Old analog thermostats couldn’t get the temp right
Shower would stop and go
Had a late checkout for 1PM… I was awaken at 10:30, 1:00 and 12:00 by a staff that just wanted to kick me out! Horrible.
