Hotel was excellent and staff were first class. Travel around area busy due to building works so have to plan excursions. First class hotel and holiday. Lots to do with kids with pool choices.
Lovely resort for families, we only stayed for 3 nights and the concierge service was excellent. The water park was great fun. The only downside was that the service for food and drinks by the poolside was slow.

It was just ok, not amazing, tired property with a very tired kids club. They might want to invest in toys that aren’t broken.

Lovely resort and facilities at the Meridien but also use of facilities next door at the Westin. The staff at the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner in the Meridien were great, particularly one of the supervisors Napoleon who took care of everyone. The staff at tbe pool bars and towel area were great aswell. Overall a great location, service and hotel
