Excellent value in good location with everything you need in the room, including laundry machine!
Pros:

The hotel has everything. Spacious room, considering this is Japan, with laundry machine, small kitchenette, refrigerator in the room. About 20 minutes walk to the station with two malls nearby. Coffee/tea machine in the lobby. Staff are kind and helpful! Excellent stay and excellent value! Will stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing really though visitors should be aware that Kyoto has a city wide hotel tax in place. Hence, when you check-in, you should have yens ready to pay for this. But this is city wide, likely to alleviate the sheer number of tourists that visit Kyoto, and not the fault of the individual hotels.

あっという間に終わった。
Pros:

駅から、タクシーでも行けれた。
京都観光センターで、いろいろ聞けて助かった。

Cons:

バスでの移動、時間わかるとよかった。
色んな行き方、勉強していけばストレス無く、移動できた。

設備は整っているのに、お風呂に入る前やコップを使う前などテーブルを使う前など全てにおいて、自分での掃除を行ってからじゃないと使えない感じではありました。部屋に洗濯機があるのは最高に良きです

なのは、色々と頼っていてよかったです

Cons:

掃除が全然できていない感じが、1回目の宿泊でも2回目の宿泊でも感じました。せっかくなのにもったいない感じです。

Pros:

Le premier point positif est le service de bagagerie. A cinq minutes de la gare, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages et ils ont été livrés à l'hôtel à l'heure de notre choix. Idéal pour commencer à visiter dès notre arrivée.
La literie était confortable, nous avons apprécié la possibilité de cuisiner/réchauffer/laisser au frigo. Les lieux étaient propres et bien entretenu, tout le nécessaire était à disposition. La possibilité de laver et sécher le linge était un énorme plus. Nous avions la possibilité de choisir à quel moment le ménage était fait. On s'est sentis comme chez nous!

Cons:

La chambre n'était pas très bien isolée du bruit de celle d'à côté. Les prises USB du lit ne fonctionnaient pas.
L'hôtel est situé à 25 minutes à pied de la gare mais il y a un bus juste au coin de la rue.

Отель просторный, на тихой улице. Персонал приветливый. Номер чистый, есть стиральная машинка и сушилка, это очень удобно

Не очень удобное местонахождение, до всех основных достопримечательностей 45-50 минут на автобусе или метро

Large room with all amenities
Pros:

This room has everything you need: induction stove, fridge, microwave, washing machine, TV, heater/AC, everything. You can even adjust the fan setting in the bathroom so that your clothes dry quickly, it's amazing. You can also open the windows for some fresh air. It is also quite spacious, we could open big 3 luggages with no problem. They also have luggage forwarding service which was very helpful. 2 mins walk to the nearest bus stop Rajomon.

Cons:

Not enough cutleries were provided, so we had to keep on washing them. The heater also did not work well for 2 nights, but the staff then fixed it. It is quite far from the city center.
