Extraordinary staff and location
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly situated for the first time visitor. The staff are exceptional and your satisfaction and comfort really matter!

Mi a placut hotelul.si locatia

Cons:

Am avut o experienta foarte urata,chiar jenanta de a dreptul urata....dupa xe m am prezentat la receptie avand o rezervare in prealabil am platit camera de hotel (200€) pt o noapre dupa care am observat ca mi s au luat de pe card 300 € dupa care am intrebat receptionera care este motivul mi sa raspuns ca aceasta este politica hotelului,eu am explicat clar xa nu scrie niciunde despre aceasta politica si ca ei chiar daca aveau axeasta politica trebuia sa ma anunte in momentul in care am platit sejurul. Am explicat ca eu am venit sa incasez bani in Budapesta si ca acea suma de depozit 100€ erau pt mancare pana a doua zii dimineata(eu fiind insotit si de fetita mea si ca nu mi se pare normal si ca eu il consider furt.....nu vreau si nu pot sa va descriu felul in care am fost privit si primit in acel hotel incepand de la valet pana la managerul hotelului,groaznic....dimineata am mers din nou la manager(dupa ce a recunoscut ca greseala a fost a lor) si i am cerut sa pot servi cu copilul micul dejun inainte sa primesc banii pt care venisem in Budapesta la care fara nici o empatie mi a raspuns ca regreta dar nu ma poate ajuta,repet dupa ce au recunoscut greseala de a imi opri depozitul de 100€ ,nu recomand nimanui acest hotel,empatie 0 torul chiar un zambet de bun venit absilut totul.este extra pe bani.daca cineva vrea or8 doreste lamuriri.are tel meu 0040727414166 Albert. PS am discutat problema mea cu conducerea Booking romania si mi au spus ca am perfecta dreptate,au d8scutat chiar cu conducerea hotelului la care au raspuns urmatoarele: domnul o sa pr8measca depozitul inapoi.....inca nu am primit nimic.NU RECOMAND ACEST HOTEL!!!
