location and size of room. food could be better for westerners. The room had a smell in it at the start but the room service fixed it.
room cleanness could be better for a five star hotel
It was so close to the airport, I literally walked there. My flight arrived at 8 in the morning and I arrived at the hotel at around 10. I stayed by the pool until they let me check in. They let me check in early at around noon.
Perhaps more water in the room. 4 bottles was barely enough for me. I doubt it would be enough for 2 people.
Very beautiful common areas, with lots marble crystal chandeliers flowers ,traditoonal mouldings statues all very oppulent.All staff fantastic very friendly and kind couldnt do enough for us .
Lots of choice at breakfast although staff delivered hot drinks to table which took some time, also if we ordered anythong at egg station again sraff delivered to table which took some time poached egg took 15 mins by which time t and toast finished, be much easier if they had hot drink station to help yourselves and just to order at buffet and wait while chef cooks order,this is usually the norm and does work. The pool was lovely ,the paved area around pool was in need of a clean very dirty with spillages and grime .Service at pool was not good had to use phone on safety notice board and order was classed as room service order.
Convience location to airport centre
Front office staff at the time of check-in and very pathetic house keeping service at the time of check-in room was not ready lights lamp not working also house keepinng direct line is not serviceable not working ..very poor hospitality of the staff .
