النظام مثلا أنا كنت حاجز مع الفطور و العشاء
وقت الوصول بلغوني ان حجزي فقط الغرفه و عقب التأكد من قسم الحجوزات بلغوني ان في خلل في النظام و لم يتم التحديث في الاستقبال و المطعم كذلك
حجزي كان مع دخول مبكر و خروج متاخر من بوكينك
و لكن قسم الاستقبال يماطلون و لا يقولون الحقيقه ان يمكنني ان امكث حتى الساعه 16:00
طلبت من الفندق ان الاقامه من الساعه 16:00 حتى 22:00 لم يوافقو
ابلغوني ان أستطيع الاقامه حتى الساعه 21:00 فقط
و يجب علي دفع 7080 روبيه زياده المجموع الكلي مع الضريبه 18‎%‎
ادفع زياده مبلغ نصف يوم على 5 ساعات ليش ما شي مرونه و تسهيلات
بعد دفعي المبلغ وفرو سياره توصيل للمطار
لان المطار قريب وليس مكلف كان السعر في الأوبر 200 روبيه
يجب تحديث النظام و تحسين في خدمه العملاء من الاستقبال
دفعت قيمه الضريبه مرتين 18‎%‎
مره وقت الدخول و مره وقت تمديد 5 ساعات ليش ما اخذو مره واحده ليش مرتين

Excellent hotel, will return
Pros:

An outstanding hotel convenient for the airport. Excellent facilities, cleanliness, staff, comfort, location. The included breakfast is exceptional. Bar, restaurants, coffee shop, spa are all excellent.

Cons:

They tempt you to book with offers like 50% off in the lounge bar, 30% off food and beverages, 20% off in the Spa, etc. but you really have to be alert and fight/argue to get these discounts applied on each transaction.

Cons:

Tried to check in at 9pm and the room was still not available for us... they wanted me to wait for good 30-40mins to get the room, after they claim that the check time is 3pm i mean how can you not keep the room ready knowing I am checking 6hours late.. the staff at front desk was worst...like the worst I have ever experienced. Sorry never coming back to Hilton.

Despite specifically mentioning that we required a quiet room, we were extremely surprised and disappointed to discover that the room next door had been given to hotel staff, who were making a considerable amount of noise and socialising at around 3 AM. When we eventually had to leave our room to ask them to lower their voices, we were shocked to discover that they were hotel employees. This was particularly disappointing and completely undermined our experience. We found their behaviour incredibly inconsiderate, especially given the late hour and our prior request for a quiet room.
