Huge room and nice staff at a hotel close
To the airport. They also had a shuttle service collection me at the airport and drop me off the next day.

The stay was comfortable and clean. And the staff were wonderful.
No Netflix or other apps available. But no issues, I watched a few Hindi and English movies that I hadn’t watched in ages.
The decor
Room service staff was deaf and dumb
The pool area was lovely and had alot of sun unlike some city rooftop pools.
The food was quite good and a buffet.
Some nice restaurant staff, I can only remember Kiran, and he was very sweet and tried hard.
Very close to terminal 2, literally 2 mins in taxi.
The reception was beautiful however the bedroom corridors a little dated and our first floor corridor smelt of smoke every time we left the lift.
On our first night we were given table water ( like ever other hotel we stayed in in india) and we ordered 2 diet cokes. We were presented with a bill at the end of our dinner and were surprised at the cost of the cokes and that we were charged for the water. The next night we made sure we asked for just table water not the 'mineral water', this should have been offered on night 1 not just putting mineral water on the table and then charging for it.
I had a few what's app messages whilst there however when I answered i never had a reply. Don't bother sending out 'how is your stay' messages if you dont respond. Think they may have been bots.
The location is good. Near to the airport.
The toilet seat is extended by 4 plastics. I had showed to the receptionist when I check out. She herself also find it weird. I hope to have an answer on this.

Location for airport is great - neat and clean also pool and gym etc
Close proximity of neighbours, so no view and shade - but nothing to be done about that
Some of the food was a little bland but otherwise nicely presented and impeccable service especially from night staff Hannan and morning staff Gita - baristas made me coffee to my specifics - so also very attentive and impeccable service
The building is really majestic. The staff are really friendly. Paraimita and Tosum and nilofar from the reception is really welcoming and hospitable. I also like their food. They make the guests feel comfortable. And Wesley at the front door opens your door like a gentleman that he is with a sunny smile. Yosh is very polite. All are respectful and kind.
I can’t find any reason to dislike the hotel. The hotel is sophisticated.
