Warm Welcome at a Historic Property – Exceptional Service from Gita and Team Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

Our recent stay at the Hilton Mumbai International Airport was truly memorable, largely due to the exceptional warmth of the staff and the unique character of the property. For those interested in the hotel’s history, the building’s elegant style—particularly the breakfast area with its soaring ceilings and magnificent full-height French windows—hints at its past life as the Le Méridien Mumbai. The French architectural influence is still very much alive and adds a distinct charm to the hotel.

What truly set this stay apart, however, was the personalized service. The team noticed we were regular customers and went out of their way to make us feel valued. A special mention goes to Gita, the executive in charge who was incredibly attentive to our needs. She ensured our breakfast was not only delicious but also balanced and nutritious, perfectly tailored to our preferences carefully chosen from the wonderful spread..
The highlight of our visit was a thoughtful gesture from the staff: they presented us with a small cake inscribed with “See you soon.” It was a small touch that felt incredibly genuine and made us feel like part of the family. It is not often that hotels can make it feel "like home away from home". If you are looking for a stay that combines historic elegance with heartfelt hospitality, this is the place. We look forward to returning soon.

Excellent hotel but not wheelchair friendly.
Pros:

I was given a complimentary room upgrade which was a nice surprise. I used the spa, the bar and the room service which were all excellent. The included breakfast was amazing, and restaurant staff very attentive. Location was perfect, it is under 5 minutes to get to the international airport.

Cons:

None of the staff seem clued up on accessibility needs, and gave me contradicting answers. It seems there is no step-free access from the main entrance/reception up to the bar, coffee shop or IC restaurant - or down to the buffet restaurant and pool. Wasn't a problem for me travelling alone, but it means I cannot return here with my family.

The property was Beatiful and the favor was Beautful

Cons:

The service, the staff inside the downstairs restaurant was not attentive. I ordered coffee and it was 20 min before the person came back. I ordered French toast and the toast was delivered almost 20 min later and was half cooked. I never complain but I was very disappointed in the in the waiters and waitress that day. I want to say something but I was staying only two days and just didn’t want to bring this up to the manager. The stay was comfortable but not great for the amount of room tariff.
Pros:

The hotel is clean, Staff is friendly & the room is comfortable

Cons:

The approach road to the hotel is not pleasant at all!
The room doesnt have a pleasant view from the window...surrounded by other buildings, it gives a calstrophobic feeling
There were worms in the dry fruit during breakfast. Guests rely on quality & diligence of the hotel staff. This was quite shocking.

Very good..
Pros:

Breakfast and staff was excellent-Geeta and her team took special care.I had my aged parents (82 and 78 year olds with me) and felt cared for.

Cons:

The dinner spread was not upto the mark-molten icecream,dry tandoored chicken and rest of the meal -not as great as the breakfast.
