The experience was really wonderful for us, great atmosphere, great food, the service and hospitality was very nice, a must visit for all who come to Mumbai for a pleasant holiday. Gita is the floow manager took care of us very nicely

I would not stay here again.
One of the most frustrating experiences was when I asked the hotel staff to arrange a car for us to go out for dinner. I was told that they would call me back shortly, but nobody followed up. After waiting for quite some time, we had to go down to reception ourselves, only to be told after some discussion that no cars were available. We then had to arrange an Uber on our own. A simple update from the staff would have avoided the inconvenience.
The airport pickup service was also poorly coordinated. There was no clear communication regarding where we were supposed to meet the driver. I had to call the hotel myself to find out the pickup location, which is not the level of service I would expect from a Hilton property.
The dining area was very congested and overcrowded. During meal times, it felt as though too many guests were being accommodated in a relatively small space, making the experience uncomfortable and far from relaxing.
On the day of our checkout, there was a very strong petrol-like smell inside the room. We had to tolerate the smell until we left. We reported it to the staff during checkout, but I am not sure whether any action was taken.
Overall, while the hotel has some positive aspects, the service, communication, and guest experience did not meet my expectations. It felt more like staying in a four-star hotel rather than a five-star Hilton property.
