Great hotel and fantastic, helpful staff!
Pros:

This is a fantastic hotel located close to Mumbai airport, with very helpful and kind staff! I booked this for my mum a day before her return flight. She found the hotel and her room to be high quality, spacious, with great food options. The best part was the very helpful, friendly and kind staff who helped my mum organise transfers to the airport, help sort her boarding pass (since she is not IT savvy) and helped with baggage. The staff are a credit to Hilton and I would like to extend a big thank you to them for making her stay smooth and relaxing!

Great location, not a great experience though. There are lots of hotels in the area.
Pros:

It was close to the airport.

Cons:

It’s tired and dated. It didn’t smell great and the food was less than average. There were events on so we had to sit outside to eat, next to the pool and loud music was being played. It was pretty inappropriate for the situation. We had the buffet and literally ate and left within 15 mins. So bad. We didn’t go for breakfast.

Pros:

Het zag er prachtig uit, zowel de kamers als het hotel zelf. En het personeel is supervriendelijk, lief en behulpzaam!

Cons:

Eigenlijk niet zoveel, als ik echt 1 ding moet noemen dat wanneer je plain tea/coffee besteld dit blijkbaar met melk is. (Maar na 1x weer je moet black bestellen of duidelijk zeggen zonder melk)
