La ubicación.

Cons:

El room service que pedí me intoxicó y pasé 2 días enferma, por lo que no me atreví a probar nada más de comer el resto de mi estancia en ese hotel. Además, apareció una cucaracha muerta en mi habitación y al día siguiente, después de haber hecho la limpieza la cucaracha seguía ahí.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

We only stayed one night because we had an early flight out the next morning. Room was large, clean and comfortable. We really appreciated all of the counter and shelf space. The staff was very professional and pleasant. Seems to be a very good business hotel. We booked a premium room with lounge access. We did not eat in any of the restaurants. The pool area was very nice, but it was too chilly to swim the day we were there. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay and it was perfect for our needs.

Cons:

Although the service was good in the executive lounge, the food was below average. Not a lot to choose from and quality of the food was not up to par with other hotel executive lounges that we've experienced. However, the waitstaff and personal attention to clientele was excellent.

Grand Hotel
Pros:

The HS Hotsson is a beautiful hotel, the staff is super friendly and the restaurants are very good. The staff did any excellent job of making my stay absolutely wonderful. The room is was in was very comfortable and clean, the mattress was firm, but that's the way I like mine so not a big deal. I did not get to try all the amenities since I was there for a short business trip, but I will be going back there again for further business as I was very pleased with the other aspects

falta más variedad en las comidas y más sazón, que el jugo de naranja sea natural, sin agua mineral, o que sea agua de naranja y que el pollo esté mejor cocido. en los postres podrían agregar nieve de sabores
