La peor estancia en el fiesta inn

Nada ,

Cons:

Nada ya que cuando me asignaron el cuarto, entro al baño y estaba lleno de escremento, se me hizo una falta en todos los aspectos ya que el hotel es de 5 estrellas y tener esos problemas es lo peor. Te tratan mal como si no estuvieras pagando por los servicios, ha sido la peor experiencia. Te cambian de cuarto y lo único que hacen es pedirte una disculpa, la piscina está sucia de verdad que mala experiencia con el lugar

Me parecio mal que no tuvieran la alberca funcionando y sea el mismo costo, minimo deberian adveritir y ya uno toma la desición la verdad me hospede ahi porque tenía alberca.

An extremely old and pricey hotel with no updates.
Pros:

The location is convenient. and the free parking.

Cons:

The hotel is poorly managed. You can tell it hasn’t received any updates since years ago. The A/C at the rooms is extremely old and very unstable and noisy. The floor on the rooms are uneven and cracked. And the curtains are dirty and old.

No le han dado mantenimiento al hotel, el piso de los cuartos en partes levantado, el clima hacia muchísimo ruido que no dejaba dormir, el hotel en general decente los cuartos pésimos, y la atención del personal bien
