La tranquilidad y amabilidad en el servicio que nos fue proporcionado durante nuestra estancia. Asimismo, la comodidad de la cama del cuarto.

Cons:

El desayuno pudo haber sido mejor, con ello me refiero a la variedad de platillos disponibles, que tuviera menos grasa y una mejor sazón. También, faltó amabilidad de quienes atendían en el restaurante.
La alberca infantil nos pareció en desuso y abandonada, a pesar de que cuenta con un espacio para recibir el sol.

La ubicación esta muy bien, el personal fue muy amable, la comida del restaurante fue bastante buena.

Cons:

La iluminación no es muy buena y tuve problemas para la TV, pero dado que la estancia era solo para dormir, realmente no fue un problema mayor.

Not what i expected
Pros:

Close to the Americas mall, employees very nice however this hotel is outdated and needs a lot of updates cause the rooms are old the beds are comfy but the blankets are very old and the floors are very old too, now is just the name but not the quality for this place, very disappointed cause neither offer any snacks as usually offer on the other hotels, place over priced😞 beside that the cleaning was not completely done
