Muy mal servicio, instalaciones precarias, insumos insuficientes
Pros:

Nada, el hotel estaba lleno y no contaban con personal suficiente, no había toallas, el cuarto estaba sucio, el bufet vacío, sucio y desordenado con solo dos personas trabajando lo cuando había hotel lleno, no había salvavidas ni equipo en la alberca por alguna emergencia

Pros:

En general el hotel está muy bien, el desayuno no ofrece mucha variedad pero está variado y cumple, aunque algunas personas que atienden el servicio de buffet no fueron muy agradables al trato.

Cons:

El baño de la habitación no funcionaba bien, se hizo el reporte y acudieron del sevicio de mantenimiento, hicieron una reparación pero no lograron solucionar el problema.

Habitación amplia con amueblado algo viejo pero limpio así como el baño separado el lavabo del inodoro lo cual es bueno.
Desayuno bueno con estación de huevos al gusto. No vimos elevador lo cual puede ser un problema para discapacitados.

Que la alberca no estuvo disponible los 3 días que estuvimos ahi, fuimos un grupo grande y reservamos ahi por el tema de la alberca y no fue posible deberían de poner algún anuncio en la reserva para saber que no estaría disponible una área del hotel
