me encantooo el hotel, la vista de mi habitación estaba super bonita.
todo super bien, me dieron un descuento en el desayuno por reserva por esta app, de hecho el descuento me lo aplicaron en las dos visitas al buffet, que estaba muy rico, lo recomiendo.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado que la TV fuera inteligente/ moderna, para poder usar netflix o youtube y no de cable, no es que este mal que tengan cable, pero pueden incluir la TV INTELIGENTE + EL CABLE eso estaría muy bien

El servicio el personal, super amable y la cercania al evento que iba estaba justo enfrente.las intalaciones estan bien sobre todo las camas y almohadas super comodas,el servicio al cuarto excelente muy rica la cpmida,bufet del restaurante super bien.

la ubicacaión

Cons:

el estacionamiento que es de tierra y la camioneta llego mas o menos limpia y con la lluvia quedo totalmente sucia del asco. Por otro lado el buffet no lo actualizan ya no habia un producto que me gusta y nunca jamas lo pusieron a pesar de que se les pidio. La alberca tiene el agua tibia y con el frio de invierno se vuelve fria, descartada y me gusta nadar pero asi no se puede-

Buena ubicación

Cons:

Extremadamente ruidoso. Hubo una fiesta y el volumen de la música hizo difícil que pudiéramos dormir. La fiesta terminó después de la 1 am.

La comida es mala. La pizza parecía con masa congelada, de supermercado.

Las alfombras de los pasillos se ven muy viejas pero sobre todo, sucias.

Ha mejorado mucho desde la última vez que fui no sé si fue porque cambió de dueño Pero me gustó bastante aparte tenían una promoción en la cual te permitían dejar la habitación hasta las 5 de la tarde o podías quedarte una segunda noche al 50% de descuento

Buena por ubicación, mala por el confort

La ubicación ya que estaba cerca del centro expositor al que iba.

Cons:

La limpieza era deficiente, especialmente en el baño, encontré cabellos del huésped anterior pegados en la pared. Las cortinas y sabanas se veían desgastadas; y los muebles tapizados se veían sucios y con restos de comida. Durante una noche el personal comenzó a pintar el pasillo con pintura de aceite y ese olor se metió a la habitación, resultando incomodo.
