En la tv no hay Netflix, solo canales
En el baño se tardaba en llenar el agua para jalarle
La alberca nunca estuvo limpia
Algunas almohadas.son super altas
Mi hijo se corto el pie adentro de la alberca
Las regaderas para enjuagarte del mar, dos veces
me tocaron que no tenían agua
La parte de la alberca creo que necesita mantenimiento, las paredes se ven muy deterioradas
Volví a rentar habitación y me la dieron en 3800 pero una mas fea y llega otra persona al mismo tiempo y se la dan en 3400

La parte exterior de atrás que da a la alberca y la alberca se ve descuidado. El agua de la alberca muy turbia para un hotel de esta categoría .

Todo el personal fue muy amable, las instalaciones de primera, superior limpio y seguro.

Cons:

Estaba un poco alejado del centro, es decir, el único transporte para moverte y llegar era privado, no hay transporte público que vaya del hotel hacia otros lados y viceversa.

me encanto muchisimo la piscina, nadamas que lo malo que tiene en su paguina que esta abierta hasta las 6 y pase noche y seguia abierta entonces hice planes aparte el dia despues olia mucho a cloro pero de ahi todo bien me gusto muchisimo y la pase genial porque me pidieron matrimonio gracias a ustedes, los quiero mucho y los llevo en mi corazon <3
