El hotel es muy confortable, las instalaciones muy limpias y huelen muy rico...
La chica que nos atendió en recepción fue muy amable, felicitaciones por su trabajo, solo recuerdo su nombre: Karla, super atenta
La cama deliciosa....

Cons:

Lo único malo que debo decir es que tenia una vista excelente al mar y la alberca y no pude disfrutarla al 100% porque la ventana estaba bloqueada, me habría encantado poder abrirla y que entrara el aire.

Los precios en la carta se me hicieron un poco excesivos...

Cons:

Las instalaciones son viejas y mi baño no tenía buena presión. Tuve que bajar a pedir apoyo en recepción para que fuera personal de mantenimiento. El agua de la regadera se estancaba. Las toallas limpias pero muy ásperas el aire acondicionado ruidoso. Lis aparatos del gimnasio muy viejos. La alberca tenía azulejos despegados.

Las almohadas a mi parecer son muy altas, deberian contemplar dos tipos de tamaños, el servicio de cafe en las habitaciones, muy mal ya que el azucar, crema ya estaba caducado, desde octubre y tampoco me gusto que mis dos recamaras estubiesen en pisos diferentes
