Breakfast was very good.
We arrived 2 hours earlier prior to check-in. Rooms were ready but in order to hand them over to us they requested 1/2 a day payment for each room, which we denied. Even more to worry: we were travelling with 3 kids. Something we have never experienced.
Next to us a family with a baby was waiting with the baby crying as the lobby was very cold. We finally went to the pool and provided them with towels. Staff not attentive. Won't return.
En general todo muy lindo
Me gustó el detalle de aniversario de bodas que le dieron a mis papás (Fresas con chocolate)
La alberca y la playa cerraba hasta las 8 pm sin embargo desde las 6:30 cerraban caja y comenzaban a levantar camastros y colchones.
Atención y comodidad
Entro el personal a la habitación sin previo aviso, o anunciarse.
It was clean and comfortable and the staff were always very helpful and friendly. The pool was an amazing temperature meaning children could stay in the pool all day without being worried about a cold pool.
The cardio machines in the gym were all damaged meaning the electrical part to track your workout or resistance couldn't be done.
Some of the tiles in the pool were damaged meaning it could have scratched someone. Also, only 2 jets in the jacuzzi were working.

NO ME DIERON NINGUNA HABITACION, DESCONOCIERON LA RESERVACION DE BOOKING, DIJERON QUE ESTA MUY MAL BOOKING POR RESERVARNOS SIN TENER HABITACIONES, SIMPLEMENTE ME DIJERON NO HAY Y TE OFRECEN SU HOTEL DE TERCERA, ASI ES COMO VENDEN ESE ESPACIO, TE OFRECEN 5 ESTRELLAS Y YA AHÍ TE DICEN SOLO HAY ESTO Y LO TOMAS O TE QUEDAS EN LA CALLE. NO LO TOMÉ!!!

Todo esta perfecto, las habitaciones, la limpieza, los servicios, lo que más nos encantó fueron la piscina y el buffet. Volveremos siempre ahí! TODA LA FAMILIA QUEDÓ ENCANTADA, estuvimos ahí para celebrar los 70 años de mi madre.
Quizá podrían ampliar un poquito el horario de la piscina exterior.
Las camas son comodas
Que no le dan limpieza a las albercas como debería de ser.
