Ofrecen paquetes con desayuno en Booking pero no especifican tipo de desayuno. Y el paquete bastante raquítico. Tiene uno que verse obligado a completar para bufet

Todo lo vi muy bien, la seguridad excelente, encontraron a un niño perdido porque la mamá se durmió en el camastro, los de limpieza de alberca atentos a si ocupamos aire para inflables, todo bien.

Habitación lista al momento de llegar (antes de las 3pm)

Cons:

Limpieza lenta de cuarto. Control remoto no funcionaba y tardaron mucho en cambiarlo. No había crema fascial. No se hacia refill dek acondionador.

siempre que viajo, generalmente es en este cadena hotelera y este fiesta americana fue una descepcion total.
cuando vas a pagar la cuenta de los alimentos en la caja directamente ya no te preguntan si quieres agregar propina YO REVISABA MIS TICKETS Y YA TE PONIAN EL 10% DE MAS en la cuenta
El desayuno continental horrible
solo tienes derecho a barra fria, ni opcion de huevo u otra proteina tienes acceso
los meseros en el area de alberca tambien tienden a ignorarte
yo tuve que ir la mayoria de veces ir a pedir direecto a la barra y tmb ir a pagar directo ahi

Hotel en malas condiciones de mantenimiento y sin letreros de seguridad en las albercas. Comida mala. Instalaciones viejas así como mobiliario. Falta que los dueños del Hotel inviertan en darle un buen mantenimiento. En lugar de ser un Hotel de 5 estrellas, parece un hotel de 3 estrellas.
