Todo esta perfecto, las habitaciones, la limpieza, los servicios, lo que más nos encantó fueron la piscina y el buffet. Volveremos siempre ahí! TODA LA FAMILIA QUEDÓ ENCANTADA, estuvimos ahí para celebrar los 70 años de mi madre.
Quizá podrían ampliar un poquito el horario de la piscina exterior.
Las camas son comodas
Que no le dan limpieza a las albercas como debería de ser.
El personal de recepción, valet parking,limpieza y meseros excelente,
pero los que parecen buitres son los que te quieren vender membresías parecen buitres de muy mal gusto y no es nada agradable
Todo me gusto, pero puedo destacar la playa es muy tranquila (lleven zapatos acuáticos porque hay erizos). La piscina es muy amplia,, la atención inigualable, cuidan cada detalle. La habitación "club" incluye un desayuno continental basto. Los bocadillos de la noche son una cena ligera agradable. Todas las instalaciones estan acondicionados con aromaterapia.

La ubicación del hotel, las áreas comunes, recepción, restaurantes, albercas, salones.
Mi habitación, el servicio y aseo de mi habitación, la ubicación de la habitación, la comida en el restaurante, el personal del restaurante, el servicio de facturacion, todo muy lamentable.
La ubicación y la playa son factores muy considerables para regresar. El registro de entrada y salida muy rápido, y sobre todo el aroma y comodidad del hotel es muy agradable.
La limpieza de la piscina no fue grata, entiendo que los usuarios al comer cerca del área dejen volar las servilletas, pero al dejar mucho tiempo ese desecho se deshace y le da una apariencia poco agradable al sumergirse.
