The property was very clean and well kept. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable!

Cons:

What we didn’t like was how we paid for breakfast included and it was not all included. There were only 2 sections we were allowed to eat and it was the cold section, so only meat, cheese, fruit and yogurt. We were also allowed to eat on the side with all the bread and pastries. We weren’t allowed to eat any of the hot food such as the omelets, bacon, pancakes etc….. when they said breakfast included we assumed it was all of it. Not certain sections. We were very disappointed.

Bonito Hotel, ya con sus años pero en buen estado. Muy limpio todo. El personal de servicio en restaurantes, playa y concierge muy amable.

Cons:

La recepción deja algo de desear. Nosotros llegamos con la reservacion de Master Suite y pregunté antes en Teléfono, si tienen Early Check-In que me confirmaron en caso que tienen disponibilidad. Bueno, llegamos a las 11.30 y no tenían la habitación lista, pero tampoco nos ofrecieron alguna alternativa de poder cambiarse en algún lugar para pasar a la alberca o algo de atención.

Pero nos hablaron directamente los de Travelty, si no queremos hacernos socios con una platica muy larga hasta que tenia que disculparme porque venimos de la carretera con hambre y solo queríamos llegar, no platicar o firmar contratos.

Así la bienvenida podría organizarse mejor, también para un huésped normal, no socio.

Pros:

La bienvenida y la oportunidad de poder ocupar la habitación antes de las 3 fue genial, ya que llegamos muy acalorados y pudimos refrescarnos y tomar un buen descanso.

Cons:

Todo estuvo super bien, no tengo ningún opinión negativa son excelentes en hacer sentir al cliente cómodo y seguro.

Ofrecen paquetes con desayuno en Booking pero no especifican tipo de desayuno. Y el paquete bastante raquítico. Tiene uno que verse obligado a completar para bufet

Todo lo vi muy bien, la seguridad excelente, encontraron a un niño perdido porque la mamá se durmió en el camastro, los de limpieza de alberca atentos a si ocupamos aire para inflables, todo bien.

Habitación lista al momento de llegar (antes de las 3pm)

Cons:

Limpieza lenta de cuarto. Control remoto no funcionaba y tardaron mucho en cambiarlo. No había crema fascial. No se hacia refill dek acondionador.
