Great location, awesome staff, beautiful facilities. The food needs work.
Pros:

The pool was awesome, the location and proximity to the beach was also great. The beach was not my favorite but makes sense since it's in a pretty touristy part of town. The staff was super helpful an accommodating.

Cons:

The food was not good. We tried the breakfast, the lunch, and dinner at both restaurants and it was not good. The pool closed pretty early, too. Would be nice if it stayed open longer.

En el chek in la recepcionista Valeria nos ignoro pasando a unos huéspedes que estaban de detrás de nosotros, al hacerle notar que era nuestro turno nos atendió de mala gana y con caras. Al siguiente día no hubo agua durante toda la mañana. Salimos del hotel sin ducharnos. Desee las 8 am no pudieron arreglar la razón del poque no había agua ni para el sanitario. Nos ofrecieron una cubeta de agua para el inodoro y cuando la solicitamos nos dijeron que ya habíamos pedido. En esta ocasión un mal servicio y experiencia

A Place Worth Visiting Again and Again

I am writing to share my feedback on my exceptional experiences I have had during my five recent stays at this resort. I felt welcomed and valued from the moment I arrived, and I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

I would like to recognize several staff members for their outstanding service:

- Luisa (Housekeeping): My room was spotless every day and thoughtfully arranged. Her attention to detail made my room feel like a true retreat.
- Santiago and the Security Team: Their presence was reassuring and professional, providing a strong sense of safety while remaining courteous and unobtrusive.
- Simon and the Valet Team: The team was efficient and friendly, making every arrival and departure smooth and stress-free.
- The Restaurant Staff and Chefs: The servers including Oswaldo are attentive and kind, and the chefs demonstrated impressive culinary expertise. Together, they made every meal a highlight of my stay.

It is clear that this hotel is led by an astute management team that cares deeply about its guests, employees, and the property itself. I am grateful to have found such a gem in Veracruz and look forward to many more visits.

NO ME GUSTO: HICIMOS RESERVA PARA LA NOCHE BOHEMIA, Y LA PERDIERON, LLEGAMOS A LA RESERVA Y QUE SORRY YA NO HABIA LUGAR QUE LA RESERVA LA TOMÓ OTRA PERSONA Y QUE NO PODIAN HACER NADA.

la alberca ya está super maltratada, se ve que tiene mucho tiempo que no recibe mantenimiento.
la comida del buffet, deja mucho que desear y el precio no es economico para la mala calidad de alimentos.

I didn't like that they offer you breakfast, but only if you sign up for membership. I chose this hotel for its location and an inside breakfast restaurant convenience ,so we didn't have to go out and drive around.Their is a catch for breakfast you have to sign up for membership. I don't mind paying for our breakfast.I didn't want to sign membership so we were not allowed to eat breakfast in their restaurant.

For this money they could include the breakfast!!

The booking process were complicated, they said it is fully booked but we could still book a room. In the end we received a room without balcony but we paid the whole price.

We do not want fiesta rewards program but they insist on every corner.
