Pros:

The linen didnt feel clean at all. My daughter was shocked - she saw dried blood on her pillow. It was disgusting. I told the reception when we checked out and no apologies no reaction

Horrible would not return. You pay $160 a night for a dirty room and cold pool ugh

Cons:

The pool was freezing cold!! Thought they had a heated pool. When I asked about the pool the lady said well the room itself is warm correct?? I said yes but if it's 30 degrees outside and your pool is 30 degrees how can anyone swim!!!!!!! Couldn't enjoy the amenities!! No hot tub or sauna!!! Room was dirty went in and had old radishes in the fridge which obviously didn't get cleaned and cleaning cloths left in bathroom!!! I think the cleaning lady took a nap in the room instead of cleaning 🧹 🧼 🤨🧐 very disappointed!!!

Overall, it was a great place to stay, clean, great staff and great location.
Pros:

Older hotel, but well kept up. The staff was exceptional from the moment we checked in, until time to check out. The room was clean and quiet. It was a great location, close to the area we were there to visit. Meals were easy as the hotel had eating establishments on either side of it. They gym was small, but very clean and organized with water available

Cons:

The toilet needed an update. When flushed, the flusher would actually lift the lid a bit and make noise when it dropped back down. I've run into this in other older hotels and imagine it will be updated eventually.

Everything else my bed was dirty sheets and water wouldn't drain in sink. And got double charge. Very upset

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas très propre, sur le bureau il y avait des traces de nourriture et la chaise était remplie de miettes de nourriture genre biscuits ou autres.
De plus, le siège de toilette avait mal été lavé il n’était pas propre.

It was ok, not great not terrible.
Pros:

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was right next to some restaurants and a gas stations. It was not far from stores and restaurants. The pool was small but nice and the kids really enjoyed it and there was plenty of seating for those that weren't swimming.

Cons:

The staff was ok not mean or rude but not happy and inviting either, they seemed stressed out. The breakfast was not good. There was a strip around one wall in the room that had dead bugs stuck to it. It looked like it had been sprayed with something so the bugs would stick. But it was very noticable and rather gross. The rooms were very small along with bathroom you could not fit more than one person in the bathroom at once so trying to help kids was a challange.

Location was good .but expect to drive to any good restaurants (which we understand when we reserved).
I was not able to sleep
The road noise was bad, but the noise from the heating unit was even worse
Not a bad place for the money, unless you value your sleep.

Cons:

My wife and I are hard of hearing, there was no fire alarm strobe in the room. We had fire alarm on Saturday morning. Our hearing daughters woke us up and informed us that there was fire alarm.
There is ADA(Americans Disabilities Act) law. Should have fire alarm strobes each room.

My children and I had a great 2 night stay at the Fairfield Hotel and we will be most definitely visiting again.
