Great breakfast, clean facilities but disappointing treatment as a guest.
Pros:

Location was good, breakfast was excellent and facilities were clean.

Cons:

I didn’t appreciate The lecture I received with request to check in an hour early, although check in time posted in the doors of the hotel is 3pm it is apparently 4 pm. Only 2 towels provided in a spa tub room was inadequate, but afraid to ask for more after treatment at check in.

Happy to stay
Pros:

The hotel looked good, staff was nice, room was comfortable. We’ve had a problem in the past that housekeeping never replaced the same number of towels use but this time we didn’t have that problem. The was nice.

The traffic noise was ridiculous until midnight!!! We had street side, don't know if we had a room on the other side if we would have still heard the noise!!
