The pool area and hot tub was quite dirty/dated
The room was dated, around the bath tub there was quite a bit of rust staining.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent staff member kept it very clean and well stocked, food and choices were very good
Someone smoked in area adjacent to room and odor was noticeable, ground floor room didn't have curtains that covered the window completely so at night headlights from cars would shine in room as cars were coming or going
Excellent, friendly, helpful staff the breakfast was outstanding. Cleanliness was superb. Location was easily accessible to the highways.

*Low Points: my flight was delayed and even though I did check in early on the app the hotel emailed me 45 minutes into the new calendar day to tell me they needed the room and “are canceling my room and we’re going to resell it since you did not show up in person”, but I was in the taxi on the way to the hotel - already checked in- ; the message light of my telephones in the room flashed red all night despite me calling the operator to tell me it was a malfunction and there was no message, but the operator could not turn it off; platinum guests here have to pay nine dollars for a bottle of water, and there is no water provided in the room or anywhere on site for them. In all my years of Marriott and achieving platinum status living more than two months to achieve the status this disrespect is unacceptable and I don’t even want to renew my platinum. If Marriott cannot take care of me at the smaller hotel chains, how can it expect to recognize and appreciate me at the larger ones?

Beds and pillows could use a refresh..bed you could feel the dip in the wear, pillow was marked from 2024 I believe

No working elevator staff wasn’t there or were present but not friendly. Requested rooms to be close together and they were on two different sides of the building
We stayed over the Canada Long weekend in August. We were on a mother daughter trip to Hershey PA. Upon Check in we were greeted with smiling staff. We did have an issue where the one staff didnt understand how international credit cards work but the staff member beside her was able to explain that it had to be interested instead of tap. We stayed on the 3rd floor, our room was very spacious. The beds were really comfy. Breakfast in the morning we enjoyed, we had zero issues with the noise from other rooms on our floor. We really enjoyed the pool/hot tub, we ended up talking with some other guests who also were going to Hershey. We found the location to be the perfect distance from Hershey without having to pay Hershey prices for a room. We would stay here again for our next Hershey trip.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome! The beds were fairly comfortable. The room was clean. Just needs a refresh. Location was great and quiet. Did like that the shower and toilet were separate from the sink area. Would stay here again.
Was not aware the elevator was out of order until after I paid online. The light in the sink area was not bright enough. There was no way to turn on the exhaust fan in the shower area. They definitely need 4 pillows on each bed and the pillows were a little flat. The hair conditioner in the shower was clearly watered down! Not sure if that is normal for this particular location or the cleaning staff ran out of it.
Staff were excellent and professional. Breakfast staff was also lovely and everything was nicely organized and clean.
Large group was also staying and very noisy.
