Friendly and satisfied my needs.
Pros:

Loved the breakfast. There was a nice variety of food which satisfied my family. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The hotel needs some updating. It looks like they were working on some updates while we were there.
I didn't like that every time I needed something, I needed extra towels or something, I had to go to the lobby to get it.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. O quarto é bem confortável. A região do hotel é arborizada e linda!

Cons:

Senti falta de frutas no café da manhã, como também de queijos. A distância da cidade é um pouco grande.

Very satisfied
Pros:

The staff in the evening and morning were very friendly and helpful. The beds were amazing! And the breakfast was wonderful with multiple choices

Cons:

The cleaning could be better. The floors were mopped but in the corners was horrible!

Comfy in Germantown
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean, pleasant staff, nice selection for breakfast.

Cons:

Hard to find a place to get something to eat. Would be beneficial for a list in the room. TV selections were limited for our viewing purposes.

The breakfast selection was great, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The hot tub was cold and the pool wasn’t very warm for an inside pool either. The staff eventually got the hot tub working for us though.
