If I come to Memphis again, I will definitely stay there.
Pros:

Except for the sausage, the breakfast was very good. I may be a little picky about my sausage, but it was obviously pre-cooked and frozen for shipping. That would not have been a problem if it had more taste and was not so rubbery. Nice selection of breakfast choices. Loved making my own waffle.

Cons:

Because the front of the building does not face the street, it was very difficult for me to find. I used GPS to get me to the location, but still had difficulty locating the entrance. As far as breakfast goes, my comments are above. What I had a problem with was the coffee. That was the strongest coffee I have ever had!! It did say BOLD on the urn and it was definitely bold!! After putting two creamers and two packs of sugar in the cup, I still could not drink it. I would suggest a third urn with normal-strength coffee.

Cons:

Bed was old and needed replacing. Deformed by to many sleepers. Duvet tags at head instead of feet. Annoying while sleeping.
