I loved the young lady who checked us in. She was super helpful!!

Cons:

The only complaint was the pool didn’t smell clean. But they took care of it and it was much better after they realized it was the water not the pool area.

Our stay was very comfortable and peaceful, like being at home.
Pros:

Switched us to the king suite at no extra charge. Exceptional room and will be returning. Staff was wonderful. Continental breakfast was superb. Germantown, TN is a beautiful place. People are educated and kind. Great community.

Cons:

I have a ram truck and when I pulled into the entrance, my truck had to jump the curbs to get all the way in and out. Would have been nice for more space for the truck to maneuver, however next time I will simply park next to entrance and walk. However, I will still be returning to this hotel as it had a spa pool and hot tub, a great gym and as I said before, the continental breakfast was perfect.

Pros:

The staff was awesome! Jam at the front desk was so accommodating, friendly and outgoing! She made you feel so welcomed and like family! Loved her!
