Great stay good value.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The only issue was the hot tub was lukewarm and bot enjoyable at all.

Poor customer satisfaction. Don't rent their 2 Br suites.
Pros:

I booked a 2 bedroom suite. The common living area in the room had no windows and no air exchange. The suite looked like a converted storage closet. No windows, no light except for stark white LEDs , no air conditioner, no air circulation. The most expensive room in the hotel. I had reserved this month's prior to host a funeral reception. Upon arrival, I noted my disappointment with front desk. There were no other options available except to rent their $600 per night conference room. I asked for a discount and was denied any compensation. I paid $800 for closet.

Great potential but very small ambition to live up to it
Pros:

Good staff and exceptional restaurant would definitely recommend time and time again

Cons:

Housekeeping needs serious attention. Bathtub was not cleaned for 2 days and bed was not made they simply folded up some sheets and left it on the bed and didn’t make it . Sauna did not work and had a foul smell. Good customer service especially at front desk and everywhere else except housekeeping and cleanliness there needs to be serious revisions there

Adequate at best
Pros:

Hotel had down market feel, flimsy plastic glasses are not a good image. Room was comfortable and clean, lift v slow. When Air conditioning started up sounded like a tractor in room, turned it off at wall panel but made no difference, had to pull mains plug out of socket in order to sleep
