It’s really for teams and kids.
Pros:

The location is easy to get to.

Cons:

Parking is terrible, kids run the hallways till late at night.
The view out our window was a cliff.
The bathroom was small and not comfortable.
The bathtub was small and not well kept.

i was 20 minutes late for work the staff didnt wake me up in the morning on time , i said i wanted to get up at 7 , and phone ran 20 minute latter , i should be compisated , a bit , prize should be discounted some

Pros:

The room was fantastic, staff were kind enough to put a birthday bag of goodies in the room for my daughter

Cons:

Only thing I can think of is the kids wished the waterside opened before 4pm so they could have used it again the morning before checkout

Enjoyed our stay and would come again if Kamloops is our destination.

The pool and hot tub were nice after a day of skiing. The room was comfortable.

The coffee in the room was not so good. Access to the building from the parking lot was not great.

Poor customer satisfaction. Don't rent their 2 Br suites.
Pros:

I booked a 2 bedroom suite. The common living area in the room had no windows and no air exchange. The suite looked like a converted storage closet. No windows, no light except for stark white LEDs , no air conditioner, no air circulation. The most expensive room in the hotel. I had reserved this month's prior to host a funeral reception. Upon arrival, I noted my disappointment with front desk. There were no other options available except to rent their $600 per night conference room. I asked for a discount and was denied any compensation. I paid $800 for closet.
