Room was lovely
Many of the amenities were not available. You have to book the spa far in advance because they don’t keep staff onsite and available. Restaurants all closed.
The vomfort, the mini library and vinyl record player and albums along with the rooftop, as I'm old school.. I like the proximity to eateries and touring attractions as well...
Off hand, no disappointment. only I would have liked more variety in your album collection to listen to at night.. I love Jazz and Latin mostly as well as certain rock bands, R n B and even some Classical..You def gotta have a Miles, Monk, Ella, Nat King Cole,Sassy, Dinah, Coltrane n Getz in some of your album choices....
Room are nicely appointed and location is good. Some of the staff were very helpful.
Rooms are rather small, there is no restaurant/coffee shop on site functioning which is not convenient. There is a bar on top floor which is active during weekend. External guests use the same lift as hotel guests - it feels rather unsafe and uncomfortable when you are in the lift with large groups of partying strangers.
Good location close to many things to do
They originally put me in a run down room. Tv on the side of the wall, no sofa ,sitting area as in pictures and just a four large blank canvas on the wall.. nothing like the room and pictures that I paid for! They changed it after I called to front desk. But that should have been the room I was given in the first place. Give me what i reserved and paid for the first time . For $541 i expect what I paid for.
AMENITIES and LOCATION!!! You’re central to everything and have access to one of the top speakeasy’s and rooftop lounges in DC. You can party and safely return to your room!

You can't beat the location—it's right in the middle of everything, and the vibe of this hotel was fantastic. The room was really cute, even with a vinyl record player that we made the most of! In the evening, there were different DJs in various rooms of the hotel, and beautiful artwork everywhere. The staff were very helpful and polite when we had questions. I recommend this place to anyone looking for more than just a place to stay — an actual experience.
The bed was a bit too firm for my personal taste; I prefer a bed that you can just sink into.
