Dinner one night we ordered burgers & some turned up cold while some turned up much later. Considering how few guest ate dinner there it was very strange/poor.

Hermosa estadía, volvería otra vez.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel, excelente. La Aerolínea nos modificó el horario del vuelo por la mañana y aunque llegamos mucho antes de las 15 hs, ya teníamos la habitación disponible, maravillosa atención del personal.

The best hotel for the price in downtown Santiago.
Pros:

The location is pristine in the most walkable area of downtown Santiago. It is within minutes of multiple modes of mass transit, including metro and bus, accessible without having to cross a major roadway. The hotel has its own underground parking facility with extremely inexpensive daily rates for hotel guests, making having a car as well for longer trips a breeze. The hotel includes a small but lovely rooftop pool and sunbathing as well as a gym facility. The price for a suite w/private bedroom and enormous walk-in closet was excellent. The staff cleaned efficiently and restocked essentials such as tea, coffee, linens, etc. efficiently and generally made our stay a breeze and immensely comfortable.

The only thing I cannot comment on is the breakfast, simply due to the location being so optimally placed near literally dozens of cafes and restaurants, to the point where we could not begin to sample everything within 8 days that was within easy walk of our front door.

Cons:

The elevator closes both too quickly and after too short a delay. This is actually worth mentioning as we had a couple minor collisions with it, though nothing serious. It is a minor quibble but the only negative aspect I can think of with our visit.

Luis is the best bartender!
Pros:

Luis at the bar is fantastic! He makes the best pisco sour in Chile, perfectly balanced and frothy. Super friendly, shares great local tips. Next time I will try the terremoto drink. Made my stay way more fun. Highly recommend asking for him! 🍹

Very very nice experience
Pros:

Luis, in the restaurant was the absolute best! Friendly and attentive...I had hours to kill before my flight he made it very pleasant. Hotel staff was great, rooms great, good gym also, great location!

Pros:

A localização era excelente, pertinho do metrô. Gostei de haver água no quarto e no hall do andar, e de haver chás e café. Equipe gentil e prestativa. Nao adquirimos o café da manhã, caríssimo, mas havia boas opções por perto. Cama larga e confortável, toalhas macias, ótima calefação.

De ter ficado distante dos filhos, embora tivesse feito esse pedido.
