After arrival in Chile, I stayed 2 nights at the Four Points hotel, and was very pleased with my choice: the hotel is in a good and safe location, just a few minutes walking away from the Costanera center with banks, money exchange, shops (and yes: the elevator to the Sky Costanera visitor floor - don´t miss the view!). Close by are many small restaurants and cafes, and the river-side as well which was nice for a walk.
The room was modern in style, very comfortable and quiet, with a spacious bath room and very good breakfast.
I had booked an early check-in as my flight arrived very early, which worked fine, and I was even invited to complimentary breakfast on this first day.
Overall a very pleasant experience and I can recommend it if you don´t look for a small boutique-like hotel.

Zentrale Lage, nah an der Metro 1 gelegen. Die Zimmer sind ruhig und sauber, Pool und Gym mit Blick zum Costanera Tower. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders Vanessa an der Rezeption. Klare Empfehlung!

This review is for the restaurant and bar at the hotel. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the wide selection of foods at the restaurant. We ended up having a selection of appetizers for dinner. Our server and amazing bartender, Luis, made amazing martinis and was so fun playing with us and our limited Spanish (thank you Google Translate!). Highly recommend eating at the hotel and enjoying Luis' service and drinks!!

Location is good in nice neighbourhood. Bed was comfortable. Staff were super nice and accommodated to my request to change room according to the reservation.
Had to change room.after been given a low floor facing the roof of adjacent restaurant that was used as a dump for all sorts of waste and broken furniture. The worst was when a chimney of the same place started blowing large clouds of black smoke that filled up my room as the window was open.
