Estuvo bien. La ubicación es EXCELENTE pero el hotel cubre lo mínimo de un hotel 4 estrellas de cadena.

Está medio justo para lo que es un 4 estrellas.
Llegué y el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba y la habitación estaba muy fría. Me ofrecieron darme un calefactor eléctrico. Al final después de muchos peros me cambiaron de habitación

Cons:

Las alfombras no estaban limpias y los aires acondicionados de las habitaciones son muy antiguos y son muy ruidosos

Very helpful staff. As I was scammed of my credit card at Santiago airport, I was in shock when I got to the hotel and was supported by the staff.

Mucha comodidad y excelente ubicación a un buen precio.
Pros:

La ubicación no puede ser más perfecta, una calle muy conectada pero a la vez tranquila. El desayuno estupendo, incluso con una chef preparando huevos según la preferencia. En la habitación hay pava eléctrica para tomar el mate, lo que se agradece. El personal muy amable.
