Tive uma experiência muito boa no Four Points nessa minha primeira visita ao Chile.
Pros:

Localização muito boa. Comércio farto a poucos passos, inclusive o Mall Costanera; A vista do quarto era fantástica: a Cordilheira e seus montes nevados!

Cons:

1) Há passeios turísticos que saem bem cedinho, antes do inicio do café da manhã. Sei que vários hotéis oferecem aos hospedes um tipo de "lunch boxes" para levarem nos passeios, já que não teriam o café da manhã contratado. No dia seguinte, ao indagar isso na recepção, a recepcionista me disse que sim, seria possível, desde que solicitado na véspera. Ora, por que então não ofereceram essa possibilidade ao hóspede no check in?
2) Não há no banheiro ducha higiênica (como gostam os brasileiros) nem bidê, como gostam os argentinos.

Pros:

Hotel fica muito bem localizado, café da manhã muito gostoso e a cordialidade de todos os funcionários.

Cons:

Não curtimos o cheiro dos corredores, não sei se é alguma fragrância específica do País, mas não achei legal. E acredito que o Hotel esteja passando por reformas na parte superior, algumas janelas sem vidro, achei um pouco arriscado já que recebe crianças. E uma pena a piscina não estar funcionando e não ser aquecida.

LOCALIZAÇÃO EXCELENTE,MUITO PROXIMO A BONS RESTAURANTES E TAMBEM AO COSTANERA CENTER. ATENDIMENTO FUNCIONÁRIOS MUITO BOM, TODOS MUITO CORDIAIS E SOLICITOS. TINHA SEMPRE NO FINAL DA TARDE, CAFÉ E CHOCOLATE QUENTE Á DISPOSIÇÃO NO HALL RECEPÇÃO.

CAFE DA MANHA PODERIA TER BOLO. SUCO NATURAL ESTAVA MUITO AÇUCARADO.NÃO TINHA CERVEJA NO FRIGOBAR PARA CONSUMO, APENAS NO BAR DA RECEPÇAO.
