Pros:

Zentrale Lage, nah an der Metro 1 gelegen. Die Zimmer sind ruhig und sauber, Pool und Gym mit Blick zum Costanera Tower. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders Vanessa an der Rezeption. Klare Empfehlung!

Pros:

La verdad nada me gusto mucho.

Cons:

Decoración horrible. Baño muy malo y ducha pésima. Sin presión y la ducha sucia. Realmente mala experiencia.
Check in y check out muy lento.
No es un hotel cuatro estrellas.

Pros:

Location is good in nice neighbourhood. Bed was comfortable. Staff were super nice and accommodated to my request to change room according to the reservation.

Cons:

Had to change room.after been given a low floor facing the roof of adjacent restaurant that was used as a dump for all sorts of waste and broken furniture. The worst was when a chimney of the same place started blowing large clouds of black smoke that filled up my room as the window was open.

Good location and helpful reception staff
Pros:

The reception staff were extremely nice and helpful. Location is good, right near the big shopping center and lots of restaurants close by. Breakfast was included and was very good.

Confortável e ótima localização.
Pros:

Localização ótima, vários restaurantes próximos, bem perto do metrô, quarto espaçoso, água gelada disponível em cada andar.

Cons:

O registro do chuveiro estava com folga e ficava difícil regular a temperatura da água. Depois houve um vazamento no teto do banheiro, mas fomos rapidamente transferidos para outro apartamento no mesmo andar.
