Better communication on what time the renovations commence.
Pros:

We always enjoy the location, service and cleanliness of the Novotel Geelong.

Cons:

We were woken up at 8am by renovations which were extremely loud and monotonous. The renovations were directly above us and also interfered with the power to our room.

Great position / front views was lovely.. room size was excellent.. room was very clean

Cons:

The sliding doors / out door furniture & balcony rails /wall/glass were all so dust .. couldnt see the beautiful view. And so many spider webs.

So good I booked for Monday as I'm back in Geelong for Deakin.
Pros:

clean, great view, excellent staff. I needed a stapler & the lovely man (who was also the valet) lent me one from the office. A small thing but made a huge difference to me as I was compiling a portfolio of work for the family of a deceased student's work for graduation. He went that bit extra, no questions asked. Hold onto him!

Lovely staff ……the noise with construction of new tower louder than expected but understand you are improving the Hotel and is temporary

Great location, friendly & helpful staff. Very clean, nice to be able to sit on the balcony.
Comfortable bed, spacious room. On a busy, waterfront road but no problem with noise.

A very comfortable and clean stay with very minimal inconveniences!
Pros:

Location was ideal and the waterfront view from the room was great. Room was clean and hygienic. Really like the fact that you provide access to movies and tv shows free of charge which I have not had at other hotels. Pillows were great!

Cons:

Provide toothbrush and tooth paste so I don't have to call and wait for it. Some powdered milk for tea and coffee might be a nice addition
