Cons:

Car parking was off site, and we were not told that we would NOT have access to it after a certain time. We left something in the car that we needed later that night that we were not able to get!

The view, although the balcony glass was really filthy

Cons:

*The pool area, where I slipped on 'non slip' floor. I was bruised and skinned knee. We did an incident report and staff were helpful. But that is very dangerous and it could have been a lot worse.
*Parking, what ?????you had to pay to park your car there. I have never had to pay for parking when staying at a hotel. That's disgusting

Book in late 2027 or only stay on weekends.
Pros:

Tempo on the ground floor was excellent for service, food, drinks and the atmosphere.

Cons:

The noise within the room on the weekend. Yes, prior warning was made available by staff however, weekends weren't mentioned in their email.
Being overcharged for something I still can't work out. Yes, it was fixed however, it should never have happened.

Hotel bar for a nightcap after dinner asked to leave at 10pm on a Saturday evening. Meanwhile wedding party going on upstairs so wasn’t a licence issue. Just poor accommodation of guests and service.
Oh and maybe if they want to serve cognac, invest in glasses and train staff if you want a 5 star

Location is excellent. Close to everything you need for a weekend away.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the room. Carpet stained and dirty. Dusty bedside cabinets and lamps. Curtains at the bed end of the room were also stained (food most likely)

A very nice room in a neat town with lots of food and activity options.
Pros:

The location was excellent, right on the wharf with nice views of the water from our room. The room was excellent, complete with a balcony, big bathroom, and a comfortable bed. The room had a mini fridge and a pod-style coffee maker which were definite bonuses. There was construction going on starting quite early but it did not impact us on the front (the water side) of the hotel.

Cons:

There is a massive construction project going on now and the noise begins fairly early. If you can, stay on the water side of the hotel away from the work. The parking options were less than ideal. Self parking was 30 dollars but if you wanted to remove your vehicle and go do something, it was another 20 each time. This was up the street at the mall parking lot, so not particularly convenient and not economical. You are also bound by the mall hours. Breakfast was expensive -- more than 40 dollars per person. We found other options for both parking and breakfast. That said, there was no pressure to do either but we wish we had done a little more digging beforehand to be prepared for that.
