Lovely and central hotel
Pros:

The hotel is lovely and very central. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast was included in the price and was excellent.
The room, bathroom and beds were great.

Cons:

Parking is not on site and is extra. There were alterations going on when we were there, which weren't too noisy until after 8am. The hotel warned us about this just before we got there but it was too late to alter our booking.

Great place to stay on the waterfront
Pros:

Location was brilliant, valet parking made it super easy on arrival, the bed was comfortable and the room was nice and warm. The check in and check out staff were very warm and welcoming

The man seating people at the buffet breakfast was quite rude
