Nichts für mich wegen dem Bett
Pros:

Lage gut, Zimmer in Ordnung und Sauber.

Cons:

Das Bett war für mich eine Katastrophe, mann versank darin, nicht nur weich sondern wie eine Hängematte. Habe wenig geschlafen und bin mit Rückenschmerzen aufgestanden.

Cons:

Der Mann am Empfang war eine Katastrophe, sorry, aber der Systemausfall des Rechners war ja handlebar und entschuldbar, aber seine Kommunikation ....

Toller Aufenthalt in luxuriös ausgestatteten Zimmer mit bequemen und großen Bett
Pros:

Ich hatte ein Upgrade bekommen für eine Suite, aber auch sonst sind die Zimmer groß und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Die Lüftung war recht laut aber man konnte sie abstellen. Trotz tagsüber Lüften war ein ganz leicht muffiger Geruch im Bad zu vernehmen, da ist aber meine Nase empfindlich.

Das sehr freundliche Personal und das Willkommensein von Tieren.

Cons:

Als wir ins Zimmer kamen roch es stark nach Schweiß. Wir mussten lange lüften bis es weg war. Zimmer war dreckig. Toilette Kotreste von Vorgänger, an den Fliesen braune Spritzer. Die Armaturen und Toilettenpapier Halter hatten Wasserspritzer.
Die Duschkabine war nicht dicht. Das ganze Wasser floss raus und bildete eine Lache am Boden. Da wir spät am Abend angekommen sind, haben wir das nicht an der Rezeption reklamiert. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt in diesem Bad. Wir hatten zwar ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer bekommen das hat aber den Zustand des Bads nicht war gemacht . Ein sauberes, kleineres Zimmer wäre uns lieb gewesen.

Die Stadt Dresden ist sehr empfehlenswert, aber das Hotel war leider enttäuschend.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, der Koch war fleißig.
Die Lage des Hotels ist gut.
Das Zimmer i. O.

Cons:

Das gebuchte Zimmer war leider nicht bezugsfertig, aber das Personal hat sofort Ersatz gefunden.
Im Hotel ist viel im Argen, die Ausstattung ist gut aber dringend Reparaturbedürftig !
