Pros:

Unsere Zimmer wurden kostenlos in die höhere Kategorie gewechselt. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber, modern eingerichtet (westrecht für ein solch historisches Gebäude) und waren sehr gut für unseren Aufenthalt. Die Sauna und das sehr freundliche Personal möchte ich hier auch noch hervorheben.

Ein gemütliches Zimmer in Nähe des Stadtzentrums.
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich, das Zimmer entsprach unseren Erwartungen, der Preis war sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof und dadurch war es ruhig, zur Straße hin herrscht viel Verkehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke und ins Zentrum ist es nicht weit, die Straßenbahn hält gleich um die Ecke.

Cons:

Wir haben die Tiefgarage genutzt, der Preis pro Nacht war hoch. Leider gab es mit den Parktickets Probleme, so dass man jeden Tag ein Neues brauchte und man am besten nicht in die Garage fahren sollte, wenn die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt war. Am Abreisetag sind wir mit dem Ausfahrticket nicht raus gekommen, die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, zum Glück hat uns eine Putzfrau des Hotels weiterhelfen können, da diese gerade im Foyer war...Glück gehabt, meinte sie.

Very good accommodation near the city center
Pros:

The rooms were very clean, I had an upgraded room. The hotel is located 1 station from the city center, but it was okay in terms of transport availability.
