Great place to stay.
Pros:

We stayed in the little cottages, I was so happy to find the recliner chair! The little kitchen was great, also the washing machine and line out the back. Having 2 bedrooms was great, it was also very quiet. If I get back to Broken Hill, I would stay here again.

Cons:

The pillows were pretty thin and soft, had to stack up 2. Also, the room could use a little maintenance (mainly new silicone in the shower area, and repair/replacement of badly swollen MDF architraves on bathroom doorway).

I wasn’t going to write a review- but you kept on insisting on a review- your place left a bad feeling with us

We were unaware of up stairs rooms- staff could not be bothered to assist with swapping to a ground floor room - as older couple with infinity- even though we were much earlier than many other guests-

Would not stay again

The room was clean

Cons:

It was very budget and out of date. The bed was uncomfortable. There wasnt any face washers or hand towels and the fridge was very old and kept freezing everything. We were constantly watched and had been confronted by the reception staff twice. We are smokers and the only designated area is out the front of the hotel on the road. No Ash tray bins etc. We had our young adult children come to visit and were watched. My partner had been walking from our room out the front holding an cigarettethat was not lit but was quickly confronted and told there is no smoking while he was walking out to the area we were told to. We had a friend come to pick up some items and as he had his dog inside his car, quietly sitting on the back seat and the windows were up but seconds after he arrived, reception was there to tell us he had to leave as there are no pets allowed on the premises. This was uncalled for as he was there less than acouple of minutes. The was one lady who had been very nice and accommodating but the afternoon reception staff at the time were not so nice.

Basic but clean and a great location.
Pros:

Great location, Chinese restaurant in the motel, although we didn’t frequent. Was clean and comfy.

Cons:

Very basic facilities, bedroom light was faulty. Only had local tv stations available.

Ok for overnight stay, good location close to musician's club and town center.
Pros:

It was ok and all we needed for an overnight stay that didn't cost a fortune. The location was great with a club (musician's club) couple of minute's walk down the road that had great and cheap food the night we were there. It was only a short walk into the main parts of town we wanted to see and a short drive to others. The staff were very helpful with local info.

Cons:

From the outside we thought the room was a lot more tired and older than expected. The aircon was a little noisy but the room was reasonably quite. Glad we had a downstairs room and didn't have to lug bags upstairs.
