The staff gave us double single bed with felty dirty toilet and bathroom.

Pros:

Don't agree with having animals in rooms. Smoking was allowed within the 4metre of room doors and cars should be asked to reverse in as we had a large vehicle right outside our door exhaust fumes coming into our room when they drove out and in.

We needed to make multiple calls for assistance as 1 of our 2 room keys was not left in the after-hours Check-in collection box which required multiple calls for assistance. Before gaining access to our 2nd room (approx 1.5 hours to resolve)

We had our dog so it was great that we could have our holiday with him.

Stayed 1 night checked in late left in the morning .. got a call a few days later being accused for breaking a lamp that we didn’t even touch . And by the looks of it have been charged out of my acc without any further discussion . If I had broke it would own upto it. Poor management with how was dealt with

I liked to closeness of the facility to were.we needed to go .
The room was clean amenities good coffee was poor cheap selection. On walking in there was an odd smell so we needed to open the room up tp air the unit . Maybe add a automatic air fresher to the unit.

Great rooms for a pet friendly stay. The lady at reception was more than welcoming and gave great recommendations for local places to eat with the dogs. Not much that is walkable in the general area but a short drive gets you to some beautiful places and a dog friendly beach.

I LOVE THE WALKS THROUGH THE GOLF COURSE AT DUSK AFTER THE GOLFERS HAVE GONE HOME ITS BEAUTIFUL WITH PONDS AND CREEKS AND LITTLE BRIDGES AND THE BIRDLIFE - SO SERENE. ALSO GREAT CYCLING/WALKS ON THE NEARBY TRAILS INCLUDING BUSHLAND ALONG THE BEACH AND ALSO ALONG LAKE ILLAWARRA OPPOSITE THE HOTEL .

Good property, switches/plugs not working in places, would be good to view the room vs price, we thought we booked a little place with a balcony. Lovely friendly reception lady :-)
