Pretty disappointed.

The location was good.

Cons:

Our bathroom had quite a lot of mould in it. There was what seemed like mascara in the bathroom on the sink. The floor had maybe been vacuumed but definitely was not mopped at all thought out the whole room & bathroom. The shower did not stay at the correct temp, kept going hot n cold & when the room above flushes there toilet it was quiet noisy. The cutlery was dirty. The whole room was quite dusty, the photos advertised aren’t a reflection of the rooms. You have to request to have your room cleaned when paying $795 for a room for 3 nights it should be cleaned & beds made daily without having to request this. When I asked I was told “not sure if I can get a cleaner as it’s a long weekend” but our room was “cleaned” the second day. The staff were nice but I really think the cleaning needs to be checked. The beds were comfy which was nice.

Great easy stay, great service. Rooms aren’t wants in the photos but still fine. Clean and good location.

Easy, cheap and great customer service!

Cons:

No sink other that bathroom, and photos aren’t at all what room I got. Other than that, room was comfy and great service :)

Pros:

The staff were very lovely, clean, everything we needed, very comfortable bed! Good value for money. Great layout. Great water pressure.

Cons:

TV reception was poor, kept losing signal while watching. But it wasn’t a big deal!
