Disappointed for the price
Cons:

Shower had little to next to no water. Washed kettle out, but when had coffee big chunks of flakes in coffee. Only one little milk so couldn’t make another one

Loved every minute of my stay in Brisbane this weekend.
Pros:

I liked how quick the staff were able to problem solve my booking request when first arrived. I also like how quiet it was at night time, not too noisy. The layout of the room was the perfect size for my stay.

Cons:

I was satisfied with my stay. Have no improvements. Doing a great job with the cleanliness and the service at the desk from staff.

Great location, fantastic facilities and brilliant staff.
Pros:

Great location, so clean and the gardens and amenities were the best.
The staff were caring and looked after us so well, especially the restaurant breakfast staff. They made me a fresh coffee every morning and remember exactly how I liked it.
