The motel has a strong music-themed style, which I probably didn’t research enough beforehand, as I wasn’t expecting it. The room was decorated with records and music memorabilia, giving it quite a distinctive retro feel.

The bathroom was fairly basic, with a shower curtain rather than a screened shower, which wasn’t really to my preference. Overall, it was a unique stay, but the themed décor and bathroom style weren’t quite what I was expecting.

I will be placing my review online to say at any cost do not stay at this motel.

Nil. Disgusting

Cons:

The woman running the place is a disgrace. Disgusting manner and zero customer service.
The room was unclean.
No milk offered for tea
TV not working
Air conditioner was foul and stank meaning room was cold. Spoiled pillows.
The carpet was filthy.
The bed covers were filthy
The shower wad old
Owner told me I should have booked direct and not to use a booking app.
Other guests made noise from 530 am

Basic and okayish but wouldn’t go out of our way to stay again

The rooms were basic but nice.

Cons:

I paid for 2 rooms- in 1 room when we turned the heater on stunk like cigar smoke and there was no milk supplied in either room so couldn’t even make a coffee. Also one room had watered down conditioner in the shower while the ither conditioner in the other room was empty.

Great location, easy to find.

Cons:

Had to call reception multiple times, due to receptionist being quite rude, stating she was busy with other people and couldn't talk and would just hang up. Perhaps training staff to better address clients would help improve this issue
