Very poor service. We stayed for two days, but our room was never cleaned or serviced. We found dirt
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Very poor hotel management and service. We stayed at this hotel for two days, and during our entire stay, the room was not cleaned and no room service was provided.

When we checked in, we found dirty towels left in the shower, which was very disappointing and unhygienic. The hotel staff should ensure rooms are properly cleaned and prepared before guests arrive.
When we complained to the receptionist she was really rude in the afternoon shift.

Overall, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness and level of service. The hotel management really needs to improve its standards. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
