Pros:

The staff are lovely. I would have to say that this hotel needs a lot on tender loving care and by the looks of something they are trying to fix thing as they go,not sure if they have not long taken over this hotel. They have location on their side, wish them good luck and keep renovating and you will have a great hotel.
They have put in a beautiful camp kitchen for their customers and all they need is people to respect it.

Cons:

Toilet seat need replacing in room one,you can get them from the hardware for $20.00 maximum cost.

Overall very happy.
Pros:

Location and facilities were excellent

Cons:

The person in the adjoining room kept a radio on all night and the noise migrated into our room making for a long night of little sleep. The managers offered a second room to escape to for the next night should it happen again for which we were grateful.

Good to see ramps & bathroom disabled facilities.

Cons:

Laundry for use by guests needs thorough cleaning.

Room with a view
Pros:

Motel was in good location opposite the yacht club.
A fully equiped kitchen was available for travellers.

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable and legs were broken. We put bricks underneath it to support tge base.
Owner was aware but had bot repaired

Pros:

The location is amazing with a beautiful view. They have a laundry room (only one machine machine so you need a bit of luck). The manager is very nice.

Cons:

The rooms are outdated, the windows are not opening properly and the beds are making noises when you move. They forgot to clean our room even if we had the sign to do it but the manager offered to give a quick vaccum as we came back from the beach and even if you are careful you always end up with sand on the floor.
