Uncomfortable and disappointed
Pros:

Convenience for a 1 night stop over while travelling.

Cons:

Room 5 Honestly the worst bed I’ve slept on.So uncomfortable.
Makes it hard to get a good night rest when travelling when sleeping comfortably is important.

Not very good and if we got a new room we may come again
Pros:

There was a secure gate we could lock our vehicle behind.
We did notice there were new room on the other side where the pool is

Cons:

When we went into the room it smelt very wet and not nice smelt like wet dog. We had to clean the aircon filters as they were disgustingly dirty

Clean and comfortable, watch out if it rains!
Pros:

Next door to pub for meals. Good Cafe within walking distance. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Flooded car park outside our room when it rained. Walked back from pub and straight into huge puddle of water. Our shoes were soaked through. Not enough lighting to see it. Car park drainage needs improving.

Fantastic room
Pros:

The room was fantastic especially for a family equipped with beds, lounge/pull out sofa, dining table and chairs, large tv cupboards and a lovely shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Cons:

The only one thing that I didn't like was it was easy for bugs to get in under the door and my daughter woke up with cockroach in her bed.

Totally enjoyed our stay. Slept very well confy beds
Pros:

Large room. Excellent location right next to the water. Great restaurants and pubs close by, basically everything on your doorstep. Car is parked right at your door and gates locked at night so very safe.

Cons:

We had an older room but it was clean large and had everything we needef.

We had a very comfortable stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Augusta Westside. The room was clean and well maintained, and the property offered excellent value for money. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Port Augusta.
