Fair to good. Comparatively in town value for money possibly a touch expensive.
Pros:

Staff very friendly & helpful
Beautiful heritage building with comfortable layout.
Light breakfast quite convenient.
Quite well positioned in town

Cons:

TV/Remotes not working.
Vertical sliding window access to balcony a bit odd but manageable.

Pros:

Terrific Breakfast
The building is elegant and spacious
Good restaurant
The availability of EV charging - both DC high speed nearby and medium AC speed on the premises

Cons:

The building is old, elegant and spacious so it is not unexpected that it can be draughty in the corridors and bathroom. To save the building energy costs ,the insulation overall could be improved with the sash windows especially considered.

Pros:

Excellent check-in, room emaculate and very tastefully decorated. It was their attention to detail that really impressed. Great place to relax & enjoy a drink, didn't eat in their restaurant, but would have if not already booked out, really nice glass ware to drink out of, staff very friendly and efficient. Overall 10/10 and that is not done lightly. They earned that.

Our Stay at Riversleigh.
Pros:

The room was cosy, comfortable, and well presented. However, there was a noticeable gap at the bottom of the entrance door, which allowed a cold draft to come into the room. It wasn't a major issue, and placing a bath towel along the bottom of the door effectively blocked the draft and kept the room much warmer and more comfortable.

Cons:

One area that could be improved was the breakfast service. I noticed several guests handling the bread with their bare hands instead of using the tongs provided. This raised some hygiene concerns, particularly in a shared buffet setting. It may help if staff gently remind guests to use the serving utensils or place clearer signage near the bread station to encourage good food hygiene practices.

Overall a lovely stay and very personable staff. A great position in the town close to shops.
Pros:

Check in was very good. I liked the key pad type room key. Much easier than an actual key. Room was warm and cosy and the bed very comfortable. facilities in the room were good.

Cons:

The breakfast room was cold but comfortable. Breakfast could have more variety in the cereals, fruits and maybe spreads.
