Best Boutique Property we stayed at!
Pros:

best Boutique property we stayed at. The furnishings were fantastic, the upkeep of the property (in and out) was spotless, everything was clean and well preserved, parking was good and spacious. The location is perfect, everything seems to be in walking distance. We couldn't complain about anything. We had a lovely stay and we certainly will frequent this beautiful gem again.

Cons:

Continental Breakfast could have had more substance, maybe fresh bread rolls?.

Would love to come back again to a refurbished room.
Pros:

The complimentary breakfast was amazing and exceeded expectations. We loved the vibe of the bar, sitting and eating area. The hospitality shown to us was excellent and very professional.

Cons:

Overall decor in the room and bathroom are in need of a freshening up. I last stayed here about 20 years ago, and I'm almost certain the bathrooms haven't been updated since then. The property overall is beautiful and a freshening up of the rooms would bring them up to par.

Charming property and staff.
Pros:

Always a lovely place to stay in Bairnesdale.

Cons:

The property is getting a little bit tired and could do we a small facelift; carpets and furniture etc. still like it very much.
