Excellent room in well run site
Pros:

The room was spacious and at rear of property was very quiet.

Cons:

Access to site could be risky if you haven't been there before as you are turning in off a major road (particularly the afternoon peak hour). And to people who turn into the motel then park under the canopy blocking access so they don't have to walk 10 steps to book in - DON'T - how the hell does the next car get in off the major road ?

A good comfortable stay.
Pros:

Room and bed were tidy and clean. Had trouble with the TV, however staff were able to help. Bathroom was clean, however bath shower floor was slippery, a non slip mat would be helpful. Check-in and out times suited us nicely.

Cons:

Didn't like that the restaurant was closed and not even open for breakfast, despite some material suggesting that it was open. Exiting the location was a bit tricky in the car due to a busy road and bushes growing out toward the foot path. They need cutting back.

Bad smell in the room
Cons:

The room is full of disgusting smell. Not clean enough. I’ve opened the windows trying to get some fresh air but after 2 nights the room is still smelly!

Don’t expect too much from the room. Manager was friendly.
Pros:

We had a family room. It was clean, very basic but suited our needs. We were only sleeping there. Convenient to where we spent the day in Croydon.

Cons:

Room was old, but satisfied our needs.
