Pros:

I enjoyed the air con and spacious bathroom. I also enjoyed the very clean sheets and comfy bed. I brought a hdmi for the TV and spent the nights ordering ubereats and watching my favourite shows. very large room, table for breakfast, kettle and microwave amenities. for the price per night, i cant fault any of it, it was great.

If you’re looking for a room for the disabled this would be good for you.
Pros:

The property was convenient for me at the time. The bed was high which I liked being a tall man.

Cons:

I didn’t realise I had booked a room that was used for the disabled. Parking then became an issue as I was not disabled and the location didn’t offer additional non disabled parking.
The room itself was like a portable office. There was know where to hang your towel in the bathroom, no shower curtain to stop water going everywhere. It smelt strongly of paint!
I wasn’t impressed being woken at 1.30am by 2 Asian men at the door which I didn’t open but peered at them through a crack in the blinds.

There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the room that was masked by air freshener or similar and the bath wasn’t very clean - had a ring of dirt around it

Well located motel on Maroondah Highway, Ringwood.
Pros:

A reasonably good size motel room, probably larger than the norm I have experienced. The bed was comfortable. Adequate off street parking, not under cover. Within walking distance of the local rail corridor. Not far from a major shopping centre.

Cons:

Relevant to the room I was assigned - Overgrown vegetation adjacent to the car-parking space made it difficult to alight from and enter my vehicle. I don't remember seeing a microwave oven in the unit/room. The shower was over the bath and could be problematic for some people as it is necessary to step over the side of the bathtub to use the shower.

Very friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and the internet connection is fast and stable. Location is very handy for local hospital, freeway and shopping centre.
