Pros:

friendly staff member who greeted us on arrival. Ideally located.

Cons:

drivers licence photo taken on manager's phone - security is a concern here. Air conditioner didn't work - no heat - tv had no sound - but the manager replaced the TV. Bathroom very dated and whilst we were told it was a small step into the show it was large and was very slippery -as it was a shower over the bath

Only there for one night and for the cost of the room I’d say it was adequate
Pros:

Room was spacious
Bed was comfortable
Handy to have a microwave and toaster in the room
When checking in the Manager said he had upgraded our room to include a bath tub which was nice

Cons:

The shower head sprayed all over which was annoying
The mini fridge leaked, quite a bit
The pillows weren’t very comfortable
Could’ve been cleaner, bedside looked grubby with a cup stain I think it was
Could really do with a refurbishment and modernisation
