Fabulous place, excellently service, very handy spot!

Good but needs to improve.
Pros:

Was very convenient to St Vincent hospital and near town centre. They also provided a walkin shower as per our request.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable and not suitable for families with young children especially if you need to warm some food late at night or early morning as they don't provide microwave and no 24hrs restaurant. Receptionist on the day looked very tired and uninterested to respond to guests. Very cold reception but on check-out, it was great.
