Their housekeeping team need it to be train again. They don’t properly clean the room.
Convenient location, and shout out to the staff. Every single one was friendly and helpful - I was impressed by the consistency amongst the entire team.
King bed was quite firm - borderline too firm for me. And lighting in my room was a bit dim; I would have liked brighter light or a lamp to help. Bathrooms are squeezy too.

When checking out on 7 August, I asked if I could leave my bag behind the counter which I would then pick up later that day. The person said this would cost $20. I showed my surprise as usually there is no charge for this. She then said she was joking. This was at best a bad joke and left a sour taste in my mouth.
The room was a good size. The bed was comfortable.
Some online adverts say they have room service - NOT TRUE. Check in and check out staff were not friendly. The linens on the bed were very old and fraying on the edges. The bathroom needs updating. For what you get the price is a bit steep.

Goede ligging bij het “little Italy” van Melbourne en redelijk dichtbij het centrum van de stad. De “upgrade” van de kamers aan elkaar met onze kinderen.
Het is heel sfeerloos, zowel het hotel als de kamers. Kamers zijn absoluut toe aan renovatie en niet passend zoals gepresenteerd op de foto’s, tl-licht in de kamers, oude vloerbedekking, gordijnen, bedden. Zwembad was “het gehele jaar door verwarmd” maar absoluut niet passend qua temperatuur voor zwemmen in de winter.

Location was excellent, reasonable price and I was able to park on site.
If you have a larger car, the parks are tight!
