Great location. Comfortable stay with a few improvements needed.wonderful staff

Cons:

Bathroom quite tight and shower leaking water at base of door and surrounding. Very slippery and dangerous. First time eating in meals from restaurant could be improved had the champagne chicken which was served warm and the mash tasted like instant. Beans were nice though.

Convenient and good value

Great Location - close to Lygon St.
God Value.
Friendly & helpful staff.

Some facilities are looking a little tired & dated.
Got charged for full breakfast instead of the continental breakfast

Great location, poor staff member ruined the experience.
Pros:

The location was ideal, close to absolutely everything.

Cons:

The room was pretty noisy which unfortunately cannot be helped as it is so close to Lygon Street. We had issues with our key card using the garage.
There was also one of the staff we witnessed being rude and talking down to other staff, other guests and also my wife. He is the reason we will not return.
