I value the fact that the owner of Comfort Inn Sale remembered that I required a downstairs appartment last visit, due to a leg injury.

As a single woman staying there I was feeling very vulnerable

The room was spacious and clean

Cons:

The heater didn’t blow warm air, the shower head sprayed water upwards and the crackhead roaming the balcony yelling at 5am, at least the noise of the traffic covered his ranting

Pros:

My request for downstairs room, due to an injury of my foot was provided. The room very comfy thankyou.

Cons:

My TV was playing up in the evening after staff left.
Then it would not turn on at all.
A bit dissappointing.
Have let office staff know next day & was advised they will check this out.

Very good.
Pros:

Bed & shower were great. Room seems a little tired and could do with a bit of a tidy up. Room was also clean, I would probably get rid of the room service hatch as well.
