Schönes Hotel, toller Eingang, ausreichend großes Zimmer mit Bad und Parkplatz. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon - Ausblick auf den romantischen Garten 😍 - Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück sehr lecker und ausgewogen, nicht zu überfüllt. Sehr schön gestalteter Speiseraum.
Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da wir fußläufig in 20 Minuten an der Lanxcess Arena waren. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Cons:

Die Matratze war für meinen Geschmack zu weich, aber das ist Ansichtssache.

Das wirklich sehr nette Personal, die Sauberkeit, Ruhe zum Schlafen, und die absolute Top Lage, um an einem Santos Grillseminar teilzunehmen. Es sind gerade mal 200 Meter.

Free parking, staff was wonderful. Bus stop right around the corner. The lobby looked very nice and I liked the weird-ass face statues. I liked the design elements in and around the rooms.

Cons:

Blinds on the outside were broken and were knocking on the window because of the wind all night. Let the staff know at night but unfortunately the hotel was booked out so they couldn't give us another room. The kind guy who came over to check it out did say we could call him again and he would figure something out to tie the blinds down or something, but we felt bad about bothering him and it was 2am and we were tired, so we didn't.

They gave us free breakfast in the morning to make up, which was a nice gesture but the breakfast was a little disappointing to be honest haha. Not a lot of variety. Coffee machine was broken and most items were gone/empty when we got there. After we grabbed our breakfast, things were restocked/refilled. Can just be bad timing of course, but it was just a bummer.

Lights on the hallways were motion-detected, but lit up too slow for my taste, causing you to walk in the darkness for a bit before they spring on.

Pros:

Die Busverbindung zum Tanzbrunnen.
Das Zimmer hat ein ansprechendes Design.

Cons:

Trotz Fahrstuhl Zimmer nur über Treppen erreichbar, mit Koffer etwas mühselig.
50cm Stufe zum sogenannten Balkon im Dachgeschoss, nicht einladend , eher Stehplatz für Raucher, grüne Balkonbeleuchtung störte Nachts im Zimmer.
Glasschiebetür zum Bad nicht Geräusch und Geruchsdicht!
Frühstücksangebot überschaubar und keine Selbstbedienung beim Kaffeeautomat ( evtl. Wartezeit )
Die Aussicht auf Industrieruinen war für uns interessant, gefällt aber jedem Gast!

Perfekte Lage, moderne Einrichtung, freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Außergewöhnliche Ausstattung, sehr schön und modern. Sehr freundliches Personal. An dieser Stelle vielen Dank an den netten Herren an der Rezeption der uns ein wenig Einblick in die Umgebung und Stadt gegeben hat und großen Dank an die nette Dame von der Rezeption die nach meinem Ring geschaut hat.
Innenstadt ist sehr gut erreichbar, eine Bushaltestelle ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar . Mit dem Bus erreicht man dann den S Bahnhof. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Parkplatz vor dem Hotel, aber auch ausreichend an der Straße.
Können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen!👍

Für eine Nacht OK, aber der Preis war nicht angemessen.
Pros:

Die Lage zur Claudius Therme, und zum Bootshaus. Kostenloser Parkplatz

Cons:

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis. 130 Euro für ein DZ ohne Frühstück pro Nacht. Einfach zu teuer für dieses Hotel. Das Dorint war günstiger, leider im Nachhinein erst festgestellt.

This is a little off the beaten path but worth the wait also they had a car charger which was nice but very expensive.

Cons:

The car charger price was very high I thought but it was nice to have it as an amenity. The nighttime staff person must have had heavy heels on because I heard her walking around for hours from my room. The staff were nice the facility was nice
