Pros:

Nous n'avons pas pu loger dans cette hôtel car les chiens n'y sont pas les bienvenus. Lors de ma recherche il me semblait bien avoir coché ce détail. Enfin bref le receptioniste à demandé à un autre hôtel si ils pouvaient nous accueillir . Donc tout est bien qui finit bien.

Good with many problems.
Pros:

I would say the best hotel on the region. Very good breakfast. Organized and quiet halls.

Cons:

I had booked wrong the date to check-in and I asked to change the date one day after, by booking app. The Fletcher Hotel refused 2 times to modify my reservation, from march 02 to march 03. Because the short time to solve this problem, I had to accept this losing a day of this reservation. The Fletcher Hotel didn't mention refunding the money for lost day.
Other problem I had in Fletcher Hotel was some values charged in my Credit card without my authorization. I've noticed these charges in my bill because the company accountability week check. In total, takes 2 weeks to solve these wrong charges.
In my opinion, it was very bad for the reputation of the Fletcher Brand, and I'm worried with. I wish that problems doesn't happens with anyone anymore.

Pros:

Lage und Parkmöglichkeit

Cons:

alles auf Effiziens getrimmt. Personal ist nicht unfreundlich aber noch weit von freundlich. Im Restaurant ist Convenience Food von guter Qualität, Dessert sind enttäuschend schlecht und nicht im Einklang mit Menükarte. (Vanilleeis mit Schoko Deko ist noch lange kein Dame Blanche). Auch hier trifft Fachkräftemangel zu, dennoch würde ich erneut buchen.

1 nachtje, we zijn er meer geweest, dus was niet nieuw.
Pros:

Het ontbijt werd geleverd maar de koffie was lauw, boter en andere items die gevraagd waren zijn vergeten, ben ik beneden gaan halen en had daardoor echt koude koffie toen ik op de kamer terug kwam, helaas ging dat dus niet goed met de service. ....

Cons:

Compleet ontbijt zou fantastisch zijn ja....

Kamer met het bad was prima.

Cons:

Miste een info boekje. Hoe laat omtbijt, tot hoelaat kan je zwemmen. Wel nummer om te bellen, maar werd 2x doorgeschakeld naar een voicemail. Geen badjas oid op kamer. Dus zwemmen moet je daar omkleden. Alleen daar zijn geen handdoeken. Je hebt op je kamer overigens maar 1 handdoek. Dus die ene handdoek moet ook mee naar het zwembad. En als je een kluisje wilt moet je eerst naar de receptie. Als je daarna nog wil douchen heb je dus geen droge. En in de ochtend same story. Al met al zou ik hier niet meer heen gaan. Geen zin om telkens receptie te moeten raadplegen. Ik was er voor werk, dus prima. Maar als je er echt voor een nachtje gezellig weg komt, zou ik mn geld hier niet op inzetten. Dan moet het goed geregeld zijn. Had anders verwacht bij Fletcher

Prima overnachting.
Pros:

Prima kamer met balkon. Fijne ontvangst. Gezellige bar. Prima ontbijt. Receptie personeel extra aandacht ivm verloren horloge. Hebben gezocht en op de post gedaan. Complimenten!

Pros:

Mooie omgeving . Het hotel verhuurt e-bikes

Cons:

Het bed in mijn balkonkamer was niet opgemaakt met een hoeslaken maar met een gewoon laken dat te klein was om ingestopt te worden. Het gevolg was, dat ik halverwege de nacht op een kale matras lag te slapen. Dat is onplezierig en niet hygiënisch.
